Chapter 13

Pietro's Pov:

I follow Phil out of the classroom. I thought we'd be going to the office but we actually went outside.

He leads me to a picnic table and sits down. I sit down beside him.

"Is this because I keep falling asleep?" I ask.

"No, I don't care if you fall asleep in class," he says.

"Okay good." I smile then begin to wonder what this is about.

"Pietro, you know you can tell me stuff right?" He looks at me.

"Yeah..." This could be bad.

"If you ever need help you can come to me,"

"Okay..." I say.

"Okay." he says smiling. "That's all I wanted to say."

"Oh okay then," I smile too.

"It's pretty obvious that you and Wanda have some big secrets," he says and my eyes widen.

"But I'm not gonna question you or anything, and if you need help with something I can help," he continues.

"Okay thanks," I say glad he's not questioning stuff.

But if he's realized something's up others might be too. I have to tell Wanda about this.

"Why did you take me out here and not to the office?" I ask.

"Fury likes to know things and he'd probably try and figure out your secrets" he says. "And I like the view out here better."

"Thanks Phil," I say smiling.

"I'm on your guy's sides," he says with a smile.

Clint's Pov:

"Clinttttttt," Nat says shaking my arm.

"Sorry what?" I ask. I was zoned out.

"You were thinking about Pietro again weren't you?" She says smirking.

"What! No," I say as best as I can, I was though. I've been thinking about him a lot recently and I don't know why.

"You were!" She says.

"Okay maybe I was, so?"

"You like him," she says excitedly.

"Yeah as a friend," I say. Do I like him like that? Is that why I keep thinking of him.

"Sure...." She says smirking. "Anyways can Wanda come over after school today? We have a school project."

"Oh, you guys can't go to her house?"

"No, so I said I'd check if my house worked."

"Yeah it's fine, are you gonna tell them?"

"Them?"

"Oh I was just assuming Pietro would be coming too." I reply then realize I should have stayed silent.

"Mmm hmm..." she grins.

"Whatever." I say shoving her a little.

"But should I tell them?"

"Do whatever you want," I say  as my mind wonders back to Pietro.

"Hey have you noticed how Pietro smells like alcohol recently?"

"No I haven't, and you're sure you don't have a crush on him?" She asks grinning.

"Yes!" I practically shout.

"Clint, what a surprise!" Ms Parker says.

Nat looks like she's gonna explode with laughter.

"Come on up Clint!" she says gesturing to me.

"Ms Parker I actually think I have to go to the bathroom," I say once I get to the front.

"So why were you shouting yes?"

I look at Nat then back to him, "I haven't had to go in a couple days and was told I might need surgery if I don't go by the end of today." Of course that's what comes to my head

"Oh well if that's the case I guess you should be going to the bathroom then," she looks at me and I nod.

"Okay I will, but I'm sure Natasha would love to answer you're question," I say with a smirk as I walk out.

She glares at me but heads up to the board.
