AN:

So in this chapter I have introduced a new character. I hope you guys would like it.
.......................................

Bang! Bang!

There came a loud knock on the door and Asma stopped chopping the tomatoes.

"Who's there?" Asma asked.

"Asma! Its me! Ahmad!" He called out to her from outside.

Asma opened the door, saw an old man who had a whitish beard and looked around 50 years old. He was holding a phone along with a purse.

"Baba g! I'm so sorry. We don't have anything to give you. Please forgive us,"she was about to close the door but Ahmad stopped her.

"No Asma! This is me! Your husband." With that he began removing his fake beard.

"You see!" he exclaimed when he was finished taking off his beard. Asma was surprised to see her husband dressed up like an old man. She was staring at him with a hanging mouth.

"Close your mouth or else bugs would enter," he laughed as he entered into the house, leaving his surprised wife at the back door.

"Wait! What was that?" Asma asked him; looking puzzled while Ahmad washed his face at the sink.

"Nothing dear," He said while soaking his face with a towel.

"No idiot! Tell me!" Asma insisted.

"Ok! I'll tell you each and everything but first, you've to set me the dinner table because I'm hungry as hell." He said.

"Ahmad beta? Where were you? Asma had been calling you so much but you weren't picking?" Came the voice of Asma's mother in law, Saiqa Javed, the mother of Ahmad Javed.

"Sorry mom! Today I got late because of too much work. You know my boss is so arrogant. He wasn't letting me go." Ahmad spoke while Asma was setting the dinner on the table.

"Beta but you could've told Asma about your late coming. We were so much worried for you!" Saiqa exclaimed.

All of the family members seated themselves on to the table, ready to have dinner with eachother.

"Can you just explain it to me?" Asma questioned while grabbing the purse and the phone from the table.

"This...uh...nothing," he stuttered, "I'll explain it to you later."

She had now put the phone and the purse back on to the table.

"Rice seems very tasty," Ahmad said while pouring plate full of rice which was giving appetizing aroma.

"Our daughter cooks really nice." Ahmad's mom stated.

"Yeh! Yeh! I know," Asma laughed.

"Asma? Ahmad beta? I need to talk to you guys," Their mom said.

"What is it mom?" Ahmad asked her.

"We are suffering a lot from financial crisis so I have found a job for Asma so she can support us financially." Their mom suggested.

"Thats really good! mom! I am ready to do this job." Asma croaked in.

"That would be so much better for us," Ahmad smiled.

"In this way, we will be able to support our family," Asma agreed.

The dinner was finished and both of them were now ready to get a sleep.

Ahmad was sitting on the bed. Scrutinizing the purse which he took from an idiot. He examined it closely and took out few dollars. He held those in his hands when Asma pulled it and looked at it with surprise.

"Where has this come from?" Asma asked in astonishment.

"I...uh...I," Ahmad stuttered.

"Ok! Did you steal those things?" Asma looked at him with suspicious eyes.

"Well, Asma I... uh..."

"I...uh what?"

"I didn't mean to do it but I spoted a nice idiot so I preyed on him."

"Ahmad! You promised me you wouldn't do stealing again."

"But I only wanted money to pay our home bills. You know we aren't meeting the financial targets right now."

"Whatever the reason was, you were not supposed to do this. One day if you'll get caught then whose supposed to help you,"

"Yeah... you're right."

"and by the way, I am doing that job to fulfil our needs. In this way, we wouldn't have to steal money from people atleast."

"I know but I'm not comfortable that my wife will work outside. I think that I'm enough for doing jobs."

"As if stealing things are very comfortable. I'm doing that job and you wouldn't stop me. Now shut up and let me sleep."

Ahmad had now put it back on his side table, lied on the bed and streched his body while yawning. Just because there was a lot tiring day. So he prefered to sleep rather than arguing with Asma.

The lamp lights went off and there became a total darkness.

AN: I have ended another chapter in which my characters are again sleeping. I hope you guys wouldn't beat me.

I am finding these initial chapters quite boring due to the initial start. But what can we do?
