Author's pov:

As the morning light gently filtered through the curtains, Jungkook stirred awake, feeling a comforting weight on his chest. He blinked, the realization sinking in that Taehyung had spent the night in his arms. His heart swelled with emotion as he gazed at the serene figure beside him.

Taehyung looked like a dream—a vision of ethereal beauty with his silver hair cascading softly over the pillow, his rosy lips slightly parted in peaceful slumber. The moles that adorned his flawless skin, one on his cheekbone, another under his eye, and a delicate one on the tip of his nose, added to his unique charm. His closed eyes shielded the depth of emotion they usually held, but even in sleep, Taehyung was a masterpiece.

Jungkook couldn't help but feel blessed, yet the thought of Taehyung's nightmare lingered in his mind. All night, Taehyung had clung to him, seeking comfort and security, as if the dream had shaken him to his core. Jungkook wondered what horrors could have haunted Taehyung so intensely that even in sleep, he couldn't let go.

With a soft smile, Jungkook carefully disentangled himself from Taehyung's embrace, not wanting to disturb his rest. He got up quietly, his mind still on Taehyung as he went through his morning routine. As he finished, his phone buzzed with a message from Hoseok, asking him to come downstairs.

Before leaving, Jungkook leaned down, placing a tender kiss on Taehyung's forehead, silently vowing to protect him from whatever nightmares troubled his sleep. With one last look at the sleeping angel, he left the room, closing the door softly behind him.

As Jungkook descended the stairs, he found everyone already gathered in the living room, their expressions tense and the air heavy with unspoken concerns. It was clear they had been waiting for him. Hoseok, usually bright and upbeat, wore a more serious demeanor as he suggested they move to the study room for a private discussion. Without hesitation, they all followed him.

Once inside the study, Hoseok placed a laptop on the center table, the screen dark but filled with an ominous presence. He turned to Jimin and asked,

"Did you give Taehyung the bag that Rosey Aunty handed you?"

Jimin nodded, his face a mix of worry and regret. "I left it in his room," he replied, his voice soft yet heavy with implications.

"What excuse did they give you for hiding Taehyung's panic attack issue?" Jungkook asks, his eyes blazing with anger. Jimin and Hoseok sigh, while Seokjin rubs Jungkook's shoulder, a silent plea for him to keep his composure.

"They told us so much about his----past," Hoseok says, his voice trembling at the end.

Sensing the tension in the room, Jungkook's brows knitted together in concern.

"What is this about? What past are you talking about?" he asked, his voice tinged with unease.

Hoseok glanced at jimin, as if seeking permission to continue and finds him nodding. while as  Seokjin, however, was not in the mood for prolonging the suspense.

"Stop beating around the bush and get to the point," Seokjin demanded, his tone sharp, cutting through the thick atmosphere.

Jimin took a deep breath, his eyes flickering with a sadness that made Jungkook's heart tighten.
