Author's Pov:
They had often seen him with Mr. Kim, and on that fateful day, he became their savior, rescuing them from the clutches of the monstrous man. Fleeing to a hidden location, they were finally safe, but the weight of what had happened lingered heavily.
"I'm not sure how to say this, but I'm truly sorry I couldn't save Mr. and Mrs. Kim," he apologized, his voice tinged with disappointment. His regret was palpable, yet it was clear that he had done everything he could.
Tae, however, remained silent, his eyes vacant, his body still. He was no longer the vibrant child they knew, but a hollow shell, a living shadow of himself.
"We need to get him to a hospital, but first, we must ensure that the vile Choi will never find Tae," he declared, his mind already forming a plan that Rosey and Lee couldn't quite grasp.
He orchestrated a fake accident, making it appear as though Tae, Lee, and Rosey had perished. Believing them to be dead, the mafia boss Choi ceased his pursuit. They returned to Seoul and brought Tae to a doctor, but the trauma had left him in a state of shock, disconnected from reality.
It took a year to bring him back to some semblance of life.

He would wake up screaming in the middle of the night, sometimes running and crying out for his mom and dad.
"I don't want him to suffer like that again. Please, save my child." she has pleaded to Jimin and Hoseok
"Thank you for not leaving him alone," Rosey has whispered, her voice breaking as she hugged the person in front of her tightly,
"You've made him less forlorn," Hoseok added, embracing Uncle Lee as tears streamed down his face.
End of Flashback....
As Jimin and Hoseok finished recounting the harrowing tale, they looked around at their friends. Seokjin was openly crying, his shoulders trembling with emotion, while Namjoon's eyes were brimming with unshed tears. Yoongi, too, had tears in his eyes, though he remained silent, lost in thought. But it was Jungkook who stood out—his eyes wide and glistening, holding back the tears that threatened to spill over, his brows furrowed in a mix of shock and anguish.
"How can someone be so ridiculous," Seokjin murmured, wiping away his tears. Namjoon wrapped a comforting arm around his shoulder, pulling him close. Yoongi's anger flared visibly as he clenched his jaw.
"People like them deserve a painful death, and we'll be the ones to give it to them," he growled, his voice laced with cold fury.
Everyone nodded in agreement, their expressions hardened with resolve. Yet, amidst it all, Jungkook sat silently, not saying a word.
Namjoon leaned forward, meeting each of their eyes, turned to Hoseok, his gaze steady.
"Who was he? Is that person still alive?" he asked. Hoseok exchanged a glance with Jimin, both of them sighing. Hoseok then stood up, looking at each of them before speaking.
"We know that person," he revealed, causing everyone's ears to perk up in surprise.
"Who is it, Hoseok?" Yoongi's anger was palpable as he growled,
"Choi, father of Wonho, leader of the Monsta gang." It was Jimin who answered, The room erupted into chaos as everyone shot to their feet, the revelation hitting them like a shockwave. Amidst the uproar, Jungkook remained seated, though his fury was evident in the tension of his clenched jaw and the way his hands were balled into fists. Jimin noticed him and felt a pang of concern, knowing the storm that must be brewing inside Jungkook.
