the stars...

Katie is just another girl....well not really she has no friends at all but she was always smiling and Thomas adored that,he has seen her everyday at school for five years. sometimes he smiles at her and sometimes he just stares,Katie was always taking pictures with her old-school camera she is a really artsy person. she loved taking pictures of people and objects,sometimes she see's Thomas staring,of course she knew him she knew everyone and everything about him. But she didn't know he was crushing hard. Katie felt a weird tingle in her stomach when she saw Thomas but she didn't know what it was so she just brushes it off. one day Katie was in the park at midnight,sitting up against the tree and stargazing. and Thomas couldn't sleep so he was taking a walk when he saw...her. He didn't know why but he felt like he had to talk to her,like he was drawn to her in a way. so he decided to finally say something to her after five years.

"you know,its almost like the stars are meant to be together,like they can be in any other spot but they chose that spot....next to that star.."Katie said,looking up at the stars but still talking to Thomas who was just standing there...speechless. "wanna watch with me?"Katie asked,turning to Thomas who looked shocked,this was the first time she talked to him.

"uh...y-yeah sure."Thomas said,sitting next to Katie.

"so what are you doing out?"Katie had a bit of a british accent due to her being from England,she moved to America when she was twelve.

"i uh....just couldn't sleep...."Thomas said nervously.

"well that's sad....maybe you should stop watching all that porn and you'll be able to sleep."Katie said seriously,looking over at Thomas.

"I uh I don't d-do that.."Thomas said awkwardly.

"calm down i'm just kidding.."she giggled. This was the first time he heard her laugh and he loved it.

"um what are you doing out here?"Thomas asked nervously.

"i come out here to think but mostly stargaze..."Katie replied,looking back up at the sky. "I've noticed how you've been stalking me Thomas.."she said with a slight smile.

"i-i'm not stalking you and how do you know my name?"Thomas said nervously,looking over at her.

"i know everything stalker boy.."Katie replied,getting up and grabbing her camera.

"w-wait can I get your number?"Thomas asked,standing up.

"goodbye stalker boy.."that's all Katie said before taking a quick picture then walking away. Thomas just watched as she walked away,shaking the picture that just came from the camera then looking at it. 

"woah.."Thomas breathed out.

Thomas was walking into school when he saw Katie at her locker,she was shoving all her stuff in there and she looked angry. She had a bruise on her arm but what was it from? Thomas decided to walk over to her and see what was wrong,she slammed her locker and sighed. She looked over at Thomas and smiled softly but Thomas gave her a worried look.

"are you ok?"Thomas asked.

"yeah i'm fine just some shit at home but i've decided something.."Katie replied with a slight smile.

"what have you decided?...hopefully its you giving me your number.."Thomas said,chuckling lightly.

"no its not that.....I want you to be my muse."Katie said with a soft smile.

"w-why?"Thomas stuttered.

"because....there is something special about you but I can't put my finger on it.."Katie said,looking him deeply in his eyes. "so are you up for the job?"Katie asked.

"yeah sure.."Thomas said with a wide smile.

"i'll meet you at the park after school...goodbye stalker boy..."Katie said,walking away and fading into the crowd as the bell rang.

Thomas was leaning up against the tree they met at scrolling through instagram on his phone when he saw a white flash and heard a camera click,he looked up to see Katie smiling and shaking the picture she took. Once the picture showed up she looked at it and smiled even wider,she walked over to Thomas and gave the picture to him.

"see you're the perfect muse.."she whispered with a smile.

"t-thanks.."Thomas said looking over and smiling at her,the wind was blowing in her long brown hair and her smile was beautiful.

"you're cute.."Katie whispered.

"and you're beautiful.."Thomas said,brushing a piece of hair behind her ear. She blushed but didn't try and hide it she just stared at him,studying all of his features and how perfect he is. They both started leaning in until Katie's phoned pinged,it was her phone. It was a text from her dad,she got a worried look on her face and backed away.

"i have to go but...maybe we can meet tomorrow or tonight.."Katie said with hopeful eyes. She walked up to him and kissed his cheek before walking off. She left Thomas a blushing mess.

Once Katie got home her dad was passed out on the couch with a beer in his hand and the tv on,She walked over to him and turned the tv off and put the beer on the table. She walked upstairs to her room and shut the door,she lived right next to Thomas but he never saw her walking home or going to school so he never noticed her. She sat down on her bed and started thinking about Thomas....she didn't want to but she couldn't get him off her mind. She was thinking about his hair and how it was messy but still looked nice and soft,how pink and plump his lips are. That's when she realized......she wanted him....that's what the tingle in her stomach is,that's why she leaned in almost as if she wanted to kiss him. Katie was not good at expressing her feelings so she was just going to keep quiet.
