so ummmm, hey people :)

thank you for reading this story! the rest of this chapter is not necessary to read in order to understand the story but sometimes I feel like its beneficial to know more about the author of the story you're reading. so if that doesn't interest you, you can go ahead and skip to chapter 1; no hard feelings ;)

anyway, here's a bit about me:

I'm 15 years old, freshman in high school. the month is currently May while I'm typing this. Specifically, its 2:00am, Tuesday, May 12th, 2020, so yes quarantine boredom inspired me to begin this book; and I am supposed to be finishing my online courses rn. oops.

I have been on wattpad for several years now, probably since about 5th grade. I know this app is NOT suitable for a 12 year old whatsoever but.... too late wattpad already stole my innocence :)

I love anything creative. Art is a big passion of mine; particularly drawing. I have also always loved reading and writing. I used to do musical theater even though I'm not much of a singer lol. I sew, crochet, knit, all that stuff. Painting; basically anything that is making something I will enjoy. Drawing is my biggest love, however, and if I'm honest I'm not too bad ;) But it's just in my nature. I used to write poetry and all that, but I'm not good at sharing my emotions so art is the way I do that :)

I'm not particularly active but I do play some sports, especially basketball which I have been playing basically my whole life. I'm kinda bad, but that's not the point lol.

I'm a very independent person, always have been, always will be. I'm slightly involved in activism, but I won't get into that now. .

I'm a sagittarius, #decemberbabygang.

I prefer to stay anonymous, so yall will not be getting my name ;)

I love philosophy, and just thinking lol. I talk to myself literally all the time. I think that's why I love reading and writing so much; seeing other people's opinions and views on the complicating thing that is life.

I enjoy lighthearted, cliche romance stories that populate wattpad, but I also enjoy books with deeper meanings as well. My favorite book/ series is the 'Arc of a Scythe' series by Neal Shusterman. It's a complex sci-fi dystopian story that I've been reading for the last couple years. I'm currently on the the 3rd book, entitled 'The Toll'.

Anyway, if you guys have any questions you can comment them right here and maybe I'll do a q&a or something one day lmao.
