I smiled brightly as I leaned in closer to Cameron. I felt him kiss the top of my head and his arm around my shoulder tighten.

This was the first time we were walking down the hallway as a couple.

I watched as the girls stood there on the side of the hallway,with their mouths open ajar as they watched us walk down.

I could feel their eyes burning my back. I turned around slightly, and sure enough their eyes glared furiously at my petite body.

I turned back, slightly uncomfortable with everyone's gaze at us. But it soon melted away when Cameron gave me a reassuring smile.

When we reached my locker, I pinned in my code number and opened the locker to collect my books needed for the first period. Cameron leaned against the locker beside mine and watched me while I took my books out.

" So, how're you feeling? "Cameron smiled at me.

I glanced over at him," Kind of uncomfortable."

"Why so?" He frowned.

"Well for starters, the girls look like they want to pounce on me and rip out every single meat on my body," I shoved my books in my bag.

Cameron chuckled,"They were? Didn't notice."

I snorted,"Yeah because you were too busy checking out my butt."

Cameron laughed and wrapped his arm around my shoulders once I closed my locker. And we walked down the hallway once more to get to class.

You see Cameron wasn't some popular jock or anything. I mean sure he was a jock but he wasn't the star jock.

And I wasn't some cheerleader chick or the most popular girl in the school or some quiet random nerd chick. No this isn't some cliche shit story where out of nowhere nerd suddenly gets popular and the boys start liking her or some kinda ridiculous story.

Hahahaha. How I wish.

But c'mon , lets be real, that would never happen.

You could say Cameron was a jock and also he was pretty popular. Plus he was one of the 'five'.

The ' five ' was basically the five most popular and hottest senior guys in school. They were kind of the it guys. I know right. How cliché of a school to have these five.

First there's Kaden, the prankster.

Kaden is the school's prankster. Literally no matter if your a teacher or a student, he will at least play one prank on you. To add on, He was gorgeous . Just like his other friends. His beautiful caramel skin tone was smooth and looked even better with his well defined muscles from being a jock. His hair was also always gelled perfectly to the side, giving him a bad boy vibe.

One time he snuck into the announcement room and pretended to be a teacher and announced that there was a fire on the fourth floor.

Now the fourth floor of my school wasn't any floor. It was an abandoned level, that was full of empty small broken down classrooms. It was smaller than the other floors, considering it was the final level.  Plus it was rumoured to be haunted so not many students go there.
