As I open my eyes and take my phone I see that it's already 10.23pm, I throw my phone on the other side of bed and pull the sheets over my head. What was that last night ? Who was she ? Shit, why can't I stop thinking about her, especially after that last thing she said to me ‚Mistake'.

I stand up and go toward the bathroom in hope that a shower will clear my head, but a few moments later I see that my ,,brilliant'' idea didn't work. Damn you, angel. How can I make peace with a thought that I will probably never see her again, the worst thing is that I didn't even find out her name. Well maybe that's for the best. She has her own life, I have mine. The phone ringing distracts me from my thoughts. I put a towel around my waist and go back to my bedroom. Franco.

,,Hello'' I answer. ,,Hi Dom how are you, did you survive last night'' oh, if he only knew. ,,Not yet'' I smile ,,What was it, did something happen'' I ask ,,Well actually yes, last night James Pierson called to invite us to his garden party today afternoon, so I wanted to see if you're in, he is our future partner'' I wait a minute before I answer, at the end I say ,,Yeah sure, send me the details, and I will see you there'' ,,Ok, I'll send them now, till then, bye'' I hang up and realize that I made the right decision because I need something to distract my mind, from HER.

Instead of my alarm, my phone ringtone wakes me up, I look at who's calling and see Daddy on display. ,,Morning daddy'' ,,Morning princess, I probably woke you up, sorry'' ,,Well yes, but it's fine'' I smile ,,What's up, is there some special reason you called me or did you just miss me'' I can hear him laughing on the other side of phone ,,Princess you know that I always miss my kids, but yes actually there was a reason, I wanted to remind you about garden party today at 6pm'' oh shit, I totally forgot ,,Your mom said that she told you the other day at lunch, so I just wanted to remind you, dress code is white'' ,,No of course I didn't forget'' I lie ,,I will see you today at 6'' I hang up the phone and start thinking about last night.

I think about Him. Why I can't stop thinking about him ?! After I broke up with Phillip I was devastated, hell one year later and I still am. I believe that everyone had that one big love in life. That high school love, that continued on until college and you hoped that it will for the rest of your life. Phillip was that for me, my safe haven. Until that horrible day when I found him in our bed with another woman. Yes you read it right, OUR bed. I had to travel to Tokyo over the weekend for some shootings, and when I came back I walked in on that awful scene. Maybe that's the reason I ran last night. Oh who am I kidding, I'm 100% sure that's the reason. I don't want to be hurt again, and he can do that to me in the blink of an eye. Yes, that's right Alissa, come back to Earth, you were in clouds long enough.

I decide that from today on it will be different, I will not think about him anymore. I decide to take a shower but before I go in I call front desk to order some eggs and bacon with fresh orange juice for breakfast, I need my strength back.

Today's garden party should be interesting. It is known that my parents make best parties in the city. It is always elegant thanks to my mom but also a little ,,crazy'' because of my dad, cause let me tell you when my dad and his colleagues are not in their suits and offices they are some real party people. Mom is always thinking about some new and special dress codes and I think that's why it's interesting for. Today's white theme is great because I have a perfect long summer dress that goes amazing with a messy bun or ponytail and some red lipstick as cherry on top.

At 5.45pm I look at myself for the last time in the mirror. I decided to go with messy ponytail and I can say that I'm satisfied with my look. I decide to take a taxi, because I will probably drink some champagne, so it will not be safe to drive back with my car.

When the taxi stops in front of the house I see a red carpet, with stuff on the entrance. Like I said my parents are Gods of parties. Before I come in I take a glass of champagne from the tray from one of the girls that are working there and go straight to my parents that I see standing at the garden doors. When dad notices me the smile on his face grows, I look at him and smile back with a smile full of love towards one parent.

,,Princess you look beautiful as always'' I accept the compliment, and thank him with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. ,,Thank you, daddy'' I turn to my mom and give her kiss too. ,,The party is amazing, but I never doubted you two'' I scan the garden and see a lot of our neighbors, dads partners and moms club friends. In corner I find my best friends and I smile. ,,So I'm leaving you, I'm going to see my friends, and let me say again, the party is amazing'' I smile and move towards my friends. On the way there I bump in to my sister with her friend Marie. ,,Hi Liss, you look amazing'' I smile ,,Well thank you Kitten, you look dashing yourself too'' she hugs me and continues her own way. I continue my way but before I got to them I stop, shocked because I see familiar face. It's him. How can he be here ? So for a moment I stand there, with a shocked face, hoping that no one notices that.
