Chapter 39

Adriana's POV

I woke up and Jack was taking a shower. So I just went on my laptop. A couple minutes later Jack came out with his clothes on and crutches, also a bag around is cast.

"Good morning babe." He said

"Good morning handsome, where you going today?"

"We have an event and they want you to be in it." He said sitting on my bed

"Really? That's so cool!" I said kissing him

"Yeah, now we get to travel together." Jack said

"Yasss, I'm going to take a shower, be right back."

"Ok."

I went to my closet and got denim high waisted shorts, an infinity love crop tank top, and mint green vans. I went in the bathroom and got into the shower.

(15 minutes later)

I got out of the shower and put on my outfit, then did my makeup which was mascara and eyeliner. I got out of the bathroom and put my clothes in the hamper. I jumped on the bed and Jack was watching a movie.

"Let's go get some breakfast babe." I said

"Sure."

Jack got up and we walked down stairs. Jack sat down and I made him eggs and bacon with some orange juice. I put the plate in front of him and he just licked is lips. My hair was still went since I didn't blow dry it today. I got a plate for me and we started eating. Minutes later Cameron came out from his room.

"Good morning sis." He said opening the fridge.

"Good morning Bro." I said taking a bite of my breakfast.

Then we just sat down and ate. My phone rang and it was Nicole my other best friend.

A- Hello?
N- Hey Adri, how you been?
A- good and you?
N- Good, I came over to your house and Shawn said that you didn't live there anymore. What you at girl?"
A- I'm at my apartment with Cam and Jack.
N- What's Jack doing there if your dating Matt?

Damn I forgot to tell her I'm not dating Matt anymore.

A- Actually Jack is my boyfriend, a lot happened with Matthew.

N- Really?! Yes I knew you guys would get back together.
A- HAHAHAHAHA well, I'll let you go I have an event after so I'll text you later.

N- yeah bye Adri
A - bye Nikki

(End of convo)

"Let's go guys." Cameron said

"Ok." I said

I helped Jack up and we went down the elevator and walked to our car which we were taking Cameron's car.  I helped Jack get in, then I got inside and we were off to a day filled with fans. Right when we were about leave someone called Cameron.

A couple minutes later he ended the call.

"The event was canceled guys." Cameron said

"So now what do we do?"

"Let's go see Aaron and Matt." Camerom said

"Ok."

Then we left to the hospital. We got there pretty quick since it is like a couple blocks down.

We went to the elevator and went to the third floor. Then we walked into Aaron's room.

"Hey Aaron." I said going to go give him a hug.

"Hey Adri, hi guys." He said hugging back

"What's up?"

"Nothing I want to get out of here the food is nasty as hell." He said

"That sucks."

"Yeah I need real food, not fucking sandwiches." He said

"Hahaha let me go ask when your getting out."

I walked out and asked the nurse when Aaron would be out. She said tonight which was good. I walked back into his room.

"You get out tonight."

"Yay!" He said throwing his arm up.

"I'm going to go see Matt, I'll be right back."

"Ok."

I walked out and went next door to his room. Then I stopped before going any further. I heard Matt on the phone. I just stood out the door and overheard, I know it's bad but.

Matt: Yeah but I really want her back.

Matt: Yeah I know I screwed up but I miss her. I know I made mistakes but I also can't help seeing her with someone else.

Matt: Ok I'll talk to you later then. Bye

Then I heard him cry a little. I really missed him too, but he screwed up I can't forgive him again. I love Jack, he's the first one I dated. He's so sweet. Then I snapped out of my thoughts and walked inside his room.

"Hey Matt how are you?" I said

"G-good." He said wiping his tears

"What's wrong?" I asked sitting on his bed.

"Nothing." He said wiping one more year away.

"Come on Matt, what's going on?"

"I miss you Adri, I can't help seeing you with someone else." He said in tears.

"Matt you know exactly what you did, I forgave you and we are just being friends. We can only be friends. I hope you understand." I said wiped his tears away. I placed my hand on his cheek and he put his hand on top of mine.

"I miss you Adri, words can't explain how much I miss you and love you." He said crying.

Then I started tearing up. I wiped his tears away again. 

Then Matt cupped my face and kissed me. I don't know why but I kissed back. I pulled away quickly, I can't do this. I can't fall into his trap again.

"I'm sorry Matt, I'll see you later. Your being released from the hospital today by the way." 

"Ok." He said looking down and playing with his fingers.

I walked out and went back to Aaron's room.

"Hey guys." I said sitting down on the little couch

"Hey what's up Adri? You look like you were crying." Aaron said

I looked up from playing with my fingers and gave Aaron a I'll tell you later look.
