Izuku yagi of earth you have been chosen

Izuku Midoriya his dad, Hisashi midoriya, was killed in an airplane accident while heading home from over seas while he was still  in the womb then a month later he was born  he didn't know him very well but he still adored his dad and still held his memory while his mom,Inko Midoriya, she moved on very quickly and met a man named Toshinori Yagi otherwise known as the number 1 pro hero AllMight but only to inko, they dated for 2 months and they were really in love so they fell in love and got married while izuku was still 4 months old and then nine months later Izumi was born she had green hair but it wasn't curly like her brothers it was loose like Toshinori's.

      At that moment they decided that they will enter preschool at the same time so they decided to put izuku a year later for Izumi so when they grew up izuku was now 5 and Izumi was 4 but izuku was in the same year as her because they put him in later.

      So the days went on Izumi started showing signs of her quirk by knocking izuku to the wall by accident while izuku didn't so they grew worried and  went to the quirk doctor to see what's happening.

       After the tests  the family of 4 was waiting outside of the doctors office when the doctor came out and he called out "Yagi family please come" they nodded and went into the office " so doctor what's our kids quirks" they were both smiling AllMight in his true form holding Izumi on his lap while inko was in the other seat but izuku had to stand he felt sad that his mom didn't put him on his lap but shrugged it off " well your daughter's quirk is an amazing one , she has the power to make shockwaves out of her mind it's just that if the shockwave is so big like AllMight weakest punch it will cause her to go in a coma but it can send probably send stuff flying from anything insect size to a small boy's size and if she trains it she can probably put holes in buildings at its strongest" he said , all of them had stars in there eyes because of the quirk but it changed to grim when they heard him talk about izuku " while your son is another case" he said pulling out an x-ray of his foot "this extra joint stops people from having a quirk so I'm sorry kid if your having a dream of being a hero I suggest you don't" he finished , the parents and Izumi looked at izuku with disgust while izuku had a broken face.

       " thank you doctor we'll be on our way" inko said , they walked home with Izumi In toshinori's hand and inko holding the other but izuku he was walking not so fast because he was little and they almost forgot about him as they got home they opened the door but shut it right away so izuku couldn't get in so went to sleep right next to the house, no one came to check, they forgot about him, so when Izumi went to school the next day she saw her brother on the side of the house sleeping freezing almost in hypo thermia she didn't bat an eye at him because he didn't have a quirk but took pity on him and told her parents in a worried fake tone so they didn't run they walked and picked him they warmed him up and he woke up.

     "Ugh my head" he said with his head throbbing, he looked up and saw his parents his mom walked up to him and he expected a hug but got a slap "THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!?! WHY WERE YOU OUTSIDE?!?!" His mom screeched at him and toshi was on the side with a frown "y-you l-locked the door while we were walking back so I couldn't get in" he said crying they sneered and gave him his backpack " clean yourself and go to school" she said coldly, so he washed himself and had to walk to school.

He got to school and it was lunch time, then he got a bomb to the face " HAHA YOU WORTHLESS PEACE OF POOP YOU DONT HAVE A QUIRK SO YOUR USELESS SO ILL START CALLING YOU DEKU WHICH MEANS WORTHLESS YOU STUPID PIECE OF POOP you still think you can be a hero huh?!?!" Someone screeched and he looked up and saw that it was his best friend kachaan real name otherwise known as katsuki bakugoe but he knew he didn't want to be friends no more with him and he saw his sister with an evil grin and knew she told him so he decided to keep his dream of being a hero to himself " n-no I-I g-guess" he said crying a little as he got up he felt weird he felt warm and cold at the same time because of the almost hypothermia and the blasts , at what he said everyone smiled " good" he said and walked away izuku just ignored everyone and tried to take a step but passed out not before thinking ' I guess I don't have family'
