It's been ten months and Hal worked me to the bone but my body got a lot better although I still had the scars and I felt weird about them but during these ten months I've gotten closer with Melissa and David also Hal , me and Melissa are getting close like super close, I now see David as a father I never had and Hal is the big brother I've always wanted.

For the training I learned how to fly faster make my constructs at a simple thought and blast beams with my ring I've also learned that the ring had a lot of information and everything I want to know , I've also got to go on missions with Hal in outer space and got to know the core and learned that this ring used to be of a man named Kyle Rainer he was one of the greatest green lantern that managed to become a white lantern so I have a lot of work to do if I want to live up to him but tommorow is the day I go back but today is the day I confess to Melissa because I li-no I love her.

I was walking down I-island looking for Melissa but she's talking to some boy and she looks to be flirting and he is too , at that my heart cracked , I wanted her but I guess she didn't want me so I walked back to the compound and got into the training area.

Once I got there I looked towards the punching bag used to hold my strength then I changed and put wrap on my hands and went to it and started to let out my anger every each and every one of it all the anger all the hate I have in me I started letting it out, to think I'd find love in my world, and I screamed "Ahhhhhh" and I punched the bag with one final punch and a red construct encased my fist and that sent the bag flying but destroying itself in the process I started to calm down when I heard clapping I turned around and saw a lantern but he was red? I got on guard "who are you?!?!" I asked them " I am Atrocitus I am from the red lantern core I felt the anger and saw how Reiner's ring d-" but he was cut off by him getting thrown to a wall "piss off Atrocitus he's not interested" Hal said coming in "Jordan" he snarled but opened a portal "I'll be back to teach him about anger since he made a red construct so make sure to ask him about that" he said while leaving, I was confused and looked at Hal weirdly because I thought there was only us.

he sighed and told me that there are more cores out there and that I'm starting to show signs of being the next white lantern because of the red construct "what even made you so mad anyways" he said changing the topic " I-I dont want to talk about it" I said looking down, he sighed "cmon tell me or your doing laps around Jupiter" he threatened me I paled at that, last time I did it i was so tired I fell asleep mid flight almost hit a meteorite " fine fine I saw Melissa flirting with someone else and i don't know what got into me but I just felt pent up rage from the past years just ignite" I admitted to him " ah so you do like her?" He teased , I blushed but nodded and he laughed but recomposed himself and sighed " I know what it's like kid the one I loved actually went for your predecessor instead of me so I was a bit mad but let me tell you this....don't be sulking for her it will only hold you back if she wants to move on from you so do you move on from her" he said , I cheered up at his words and said " yeah thanks bro" " no problem wanna spar? For a bit" He offered , I nodded then we sparred for a bit until it was night time

which means The exam is in two days so I can train and buy an apartment for the time then move in to the dorms since it was a boarding school and I would put stuff from my advent- "IZUKU" I heard someone yell I looked to my side and saw Melissa standing there "hello?" I asked " why are you out this late?" She asked , yes I loved her and she didn't want me but I still love having her as a friend.

" oh me and Hal were sparing for a bit" I said honestly, she looked at me up and down and said "no you didn't" I was confused and asked " what?" She looked mad " you weren't sparring were you?" She said with anger and I saw a hint of jealousy in her eyes but I shook it off because that's impossible "I was ask Hal" I said " no you weren't you were out with some bitch weren't you" she said , this surprised me I didn't expect anyone to say this more specifically her " AHA I knew it you were" she said glaring " hold up first of all no I wasn't and second if I was with Hal so ask him and third of all why do you care if I was hanging out with a girl it's not like we're together and the last time I checked you were flirting with a guy so don't you dare judge me if I did have a girl's attention which will probably never happen" I said a little agitated , she stared at me wide eyed " w-what do you m-mean?" She said with tears in her eyes , I facepalmed " why do I feel like this is a breakup?" I said "but you just said I was flirting with some guys I would never do that" she said " then Why'd I see it right in front of me" I said sarcastically " welllllll......well why do you even care that I flirt with someone " she said , I rolled my eyes and shook my head "nothing never mind" I said and was about to walk away when she grabbed my arm " tell me now" she demanded, I sighed " you wanna know why?" I asked she nodded " you really want to know?" I assured her She nodded again " alright the reason why is because I loved you I was really really in love with you actually today was the day I was going to confess today but then I saw you with that boy and knew that you didn't wa-" I was cut off by her smashing her lips in to me , I stood there wide eyed but melted into it.
