The grim of death beware

"Well.." Hermione began. "Never mind that it's personal." She said but really the real reason was because Harry and Hermione had come to an agreement that the new students weren't death eaters since Hermione convinced Harry but Ron was still sticking with his theory of them being death eaters it didn't make Ron happy when they both disagreed with him and walked away.

Annabeth raised an eyebrow but nodded "ok then." just then the teacher walked in. Professor Trelawney she wore thick round glasses and looked like a big hippie over all.

"quiet down! quiet down," the professor said and everyone's conversations started to come to a stop. "Welcome my children in this room you shall explore the noble art of divination in this room you shall discover if you possess the sight-" she said getting up from her chair but bumping into her small table almost knocking it over as she steadied it again and smiled awkwardly. "I am professor Trelawney together we shall cast ourselves into the future!" she said giving jazz hands above her head. "This term which we'll be focusing on tezo MEMEC which is the art of reading tea leaves - please think the cup of the person sitting opposite of you. you see the truth lies buried like a sentence deep within a book waiting to be read but first you must," she was walking around the room as she came to Seamus putting her hands on his head "broaden your minds. first you must look beyond!" she said waving her hands around like telling a story of some sort. she turned to Neville "You, boy is your grandma quite well i think so wouldn't be so sure of that," she held her hand out for Dean who had Neville's cup and handed it to her. "give the company video broaden.." she looked at the cup then put if back down walking off as Neville quickly grabbed the cup looking inside it frantically

"Your minds hmm," she came over to Will who had Nico's cup he prayed she wouldn't look in it luckily she didn't she just talked to Will he seemed to be enjoying this class "Your aura is pulsing dear are you in the beyond?!" Will nodded just to make her happy "I think you are sure. look in the copper what do you see?" Will looked in the cup as he flipped pages in his book to match what was in the cup he had. Suffering, happiness is what Will picked up on but no its was actually the grim. Nico fiddled with his thumbs. Now the professor looked in the cup she looked horrified as she backed away. she didn't speak her lip was trembling. 

"T-the grim." she said. suddenly her voice changed and she was hunched over as if she was being controlled.

"Seven half bloods shall a call like no other.

to protect the school from the dark lord,

to meet another from the other family just like yours-"

all the demigods stood up looking at each other while the witches and wizards look confused. the prophecy was never finished. they all seemed to have the same idea as they ran down to the trap door and left. "class isn't over-" Hermione yelled after them as they left.

"The prophecy was never finished. it's easy to tell it wasn't finished what is that even supposed to mean?" Nico said then started mumbling in Italian

"English Nico ENGLISH!" Percy said

"We need to go somewhere else we can't just stand outside this classroom especially if the teachers are roaming the halls so lets get going." Annabeth said dragging everyone with her.

"But where?" Leo asked

"Anywhere but in the halls."

"Courtyard?" Jason suggested.

"Okay that will work." they all said at the same time as they rushed to the courtyard.

"So what are we supposed to do with a supposedly corrupted prophecy that wasn't even finished?" Will asked twiddling with his thumbs. They all automatically ended up looking at Annabeth since she ALWAYS had a plan.

"I don't have a plan..yet.. well this time around." she said shrugging with a hint of shame in her voice. "so don't go looking at me." she added putting her hands up in defense.

"Well that's one idea down the drain." Leo sighed.

they heard footsteps coming near the courtyard. they all thought the same thing; Hide. the jumped over the entrance frames to the bridge like path way as they crouched down hoping to not be seen.

"You can't  do this Albus." it was the sound of Professor Mcgongall's voice.

"I can, and i have to Minerva."

Minerva.. wasn't that Athena's roman name? a barrier started forming around the school some type of spell for sure but that didn't answer what they were talking about.

War

War is coming. that finished the prophecy..
