Di Angelo is the name

(Sorry for the REALLY REALLY REALLLYYY late update! I've forgotten about most my stories and writers block hope you enioy this chapter tho.)

*Also keep in mind the first half of this chapter's setting takes scene BEFORE their first potions class in short before the chapter "love potion? really?"*

-before potions class-

Snape had pulled Nico aside for some reason not something that Nico would want to know. Nico was on edge about Snape.

"What is your full name.. Child.." Snape asked he hadn't been at welcoming ceremony?

"Well," Nico grumbled "it's Nico Di Angelo if you didn't hear at the welcoming ceremony." He said folding his arms.

(I don't believe I wrote any Snape scenes in for the ceremony which results to him not being there IF I DID WRITE ANY PLEASE POINT THEM OUT TO ME THANKS)

"Di.. Angelo?"

"Yes sir." Nico said with an emotionless face and voice.

"Hmm.. I suggest you keep an eye on yourself and friends your bloodline more or less your last name could get you killed. You may be excused." Snape then walked off to his class they had been in the corridor not too far off from it.

"What is that supposed to mean?!" Nico called after him.

"You should get to class soon Di Angelo." Was the last thing he said as he disappeared into his classroom

Nico was so confused. what does that mean? was he referring to that he was a child of Hades or that his family was..dead? he was zoned out till a hand touched Nico's shoulder making him jump and accidentally smack the person which was Jason and in the face not to mention. Jason whimpered and rubbed his cheek where he had been smacked.

"Damn Nico you didn't have to smack me that hard.." Jason whined

"Sorry." Nico said sheepishly

"The rest are already in potions you better hurry up we both know by now that Snape HATES his students being late..and his students in general." Jason said shrugging as grabbed Nico's arm and dragged him to class.

"I can walk on my own!" Nico complained. Jason just kept dragging the boy till they were at the potion's classroom and Jason made sure that Nico was next to him and Will.

Was Nico listening when the professor started talking? sorta.. but he was still very focused on what Snape said earlier. Snape did come by and snap his fingers in front of his face to try to regain his focus it took at least 5 snaps.

"Pay attention Mr. Di Angelo." Snape said with a very unpleasant tone. Nico just rolled his eyes in response but nodded as Snape moved to the next tables.

"Whats going on?" Will whispered to Nico now had a potions book open and reading the ingredients.

"Nothing, i don't know what you are talking about." was Nico's response he would obviously try to tell Will later but not in class especially with the person who said that.

Obviously Will didn't buy Nico's response. "Nico-" he began

"I said nothing Will!" He accidentally whispered screamed at him while regaining his composure "Just drop it.." the whisper screaming got some kids attention but Snape snapped at them they were lucky he didn't snap at their own table.

Will studied Nico's face for a moment but wouldn't budge or drop the subject officially at least he was gonna ask about it later and Nico knew that. They were both seriously stubborn which could be a problem but they make it work.

*back to present time in the Gryffindor common room*

Everyone was focused on their homework, not much was going on besides that. Some people were spreading rumors in the common room it was annoying to the demigods.The others (Hermione,Ron and Harry) didn't seem to notice anything but the demigods could tell that people were spreading rumors about THEM, it was like they were in a story where all the people watching had theories and would share them, some good some bad.

Piper nudged Jason noticing he had stopped working and was tense. not to spoil anything but most of the rumors were directed at Nico, the bad ones to be certain. Nico was used to the feeling of people talking behind his back while it may still bother him he didn't pay any attention to them since he was STILL thinking about what Snape had said earlier.

"I heard that emo kid was-" a Gryffindor third year was finish their sentence till Jason cut them off.

"Why don't you mind your own business? you don't even know his name, so don't go starting rumors when you haven't even met the person just because your life is too boring to do anything else with it." Jason said through clenched teeth. The Gryffindor stopped talking.. for now at least. Jason started his work again while others made sounds like "OOOO" and what not.

(That was cringe✨ I'm SORRY-)

"Jason was that really.. Uhm necessary? Now people are looking at as." Piper whispered to Jason.

"Let them stare.. They shouldn't be talking about others behind their backs. Literally."

(Nico was very uncomfortable with the energy we have created in the studio today.)
"But-"

"But nothing. I said something and it's done."

"Alright then.." She mumbled

Nico was rambling to himself in Italian and English it was an off and on thing. One word was Italian the next was english. The next few words were Italian, one was english. So on so forth.

"English Nico PLEASE I can't understand your-" Percy flung his hands around like a mad man "LANGUAGE OF ITALIAN and when we're trying to study.. Maybe it would be helpful to speak in English for me? Please-"

"If you can't understand me why don't you just ask Annabeth to help you?"

"She already kicked me out.."

Annabeth was now in a corner all the way across the room hunched over to cover her work from anyone cheating off of her.

"You just tried to copy her answers didn't you?"

"Yepppp.."

Nico facepalmed. "Ask Jason then."

"He looks too scary.. To approach right now.." Percy said in an unsettled tone. Looking at Nico for help.

"Well don't look at me. I'm busy." Nico went back to his work like the 'normal' person Nico TOTALLY is.

(This is kinda a filler for now.. The next chapter will have more action I promise.)
