" mark is crying. "

it took donghyuck a long time to think about where he wanted to go with this.

it's been nearly two— no, almost three, days.

renjun, who just had just woken up, made a noise of agreement.

he peered over donghyuck's shoulder and read jaehyun's messages.

"nosy," the tanned male retorted.

"wait lemme see your phone real quick," renjun insisted, "i need it for something."

donghyuck handed it over to him without much thought, too tired to care much about anything at all right now.

but boy did he scream as soon as the older gave it back.

a small, slightly malicious, smile had graced renjun's face.

he had sent two texts to jaehyun without hyuck's permission.

can he come over?
i'm at the dream dorm.

donghyuck made the surprised pikachu face. "RENJUN! I WASN'T GOING TO REPLY!"

"what happened?" jeno groaned, finally waking up from his deep slumber as he unfolded every limb and stretched.

"huang renjun happened," hyuck spat. he stuck a tongue out at the said boy, who was trying his very best to stifle an evil cackle.

"oops, my bad." renjun said, putting a hand up to his mouth ever-so-innocently.

"look at what he did! now mark's gonna come and i wasn't even prepared!" donghyuck whined. he stuffed his face into a nearby pillow and let out the longest groan of frustration renjun and jeno have ever heard.

jaemin snickered under his sheets. "you should always be prepared for mark to come, i have condoms just in case."

"you aren't helping at ALL," said donghyuck's muffled voice.

jeno gave him what was supposed to feel like a comforting pat on the back, but he used too much strength doing so and ended up paining donghyuck more than anything. the younger didn't tell him that, though, and he winced into his pillow instead.

"well, it was bound to happen either today or tomorrow, so good luck with that, hyuck." jeno shrugged, "better to just let him come and get it over with rather than live with it for who knows how long. no use in breaking the bridge that's already been built."

donghyuck thought about it for a bit. he nodded in agreement after considering it carefully. "hm. i guess you're right."

a small moment of silence fell upon them as they each pondered about the situation in their heads. it was interrupted by renjun, who said

"..so are we just gonna ignore the fact that the last thing jeno said made like— no sense whatsoever?"

the other three groaned.
