Today, our class adviser Mrs Punzal will announce the over all ranking scores of the exam. We were all inside our classroom and no one was absent.
We were waiting for the announcement from Mrs Punzal, she is already infront holding the test scores.
" Are you ready? " Mrs. Punzal said
" Yes maam!!!" We all said
" Okay, the student who got the over all highest score is.... "
All my classmates were already looking at me.
" Jessica Rae Suarez! "
As expected, they started clapping. I just gave Mrs Punzal and my classmates a smile.
" and the other one is... " Mrs Punzal said
Nagulat silang lahat, may isa pa pala? kasi ako lang ang palaging makakakuha ng pinakamataas na puntos sa aming lahat.
" Maam, so dalawa ang nakakuha ng pinakamataas na puntos? " My other Classmate asked
" Yes, magka pare-parehas lang sila ni Jessica ng puntos " Mrs. Punzal explained
The whole room was full of murmurs
" The new student... Adriel Sorin Decena " Mrs. Punzal said again
They were shocked and amazed, they clapped their hands when they heard it was Adriel Sorin Decena.
May tinatagong talino pala siya? Not bad.
I looked at him, he was 3 chairs away from me. He was smiling, he seems happy.
" Congrats as always Jessica " Mrs Punzal looked at me and smiled
" Also you Adriel, for the first time someone got the same scores as Jessica. Keep it up! " Mrs. Punzal said
I heard my classmates congratulated Adriel
" And I have a good news to tell you " Mrs Punzal said
" What is it Maam? " My classmate asked
" This coming Friday, we will be going on a field trip " She said
Wahh... A field trip?!" Claire excitedly said
We were all happy and excited hearing that from Mrs. Punzal, We were all cheering.
" We will be exploring the temples of Judaism and Hinduism in Paco, Hinduism is considered the oldest religion in the world, Your task is to learn more about their religion and their beliefs.
" In each group there should be 3 members..." Mrs. Punzal explained
" How will we be grouped Maam? " Louie asked
" Can we choose our own members? " Claire asked
" Uhm... sure no problem" Mrs. Punzal replied
Mrs, Punzal showed us a paper that she was holding.
" This paper is the parents consent, alam niyo naman cguro anong gagawin dito basta dapat maibalik ito sakin before friday"
" And also there is a 500 fee per student for the expenses "
"Is there any other questions regarding our trip? " Mrs. Punzal asked
