Lumabas ako sa kwarto ko habang daladala yung parents consent, I was planning to give it already to Mom and Dad habang maaga pa. Please sana payagan nila ako.
I went down to the living room but I couldn't find Mom and Dad, I looked into the kitchen and they were also not there. My last option was in their bedroom if they are still not there it means they left again without telling me.
I was infront of Mom and Dad's bedroom door.
" Maaaa?... Dad?... " I knocked twice
" Come in " I heard Mom answered
Binuksan ko ang pinto at pumasok na ako, I saw Mom arranging the clothes in the wardrobe and Dad was sitting on a sofa near the bed watching television.
" Jess, its late you should be already in bed " Mom said
Tumingin si Dad sa kanya and said
" Allesha hayaan mo na siya, matanda na yan" Dad replied
" Im just saying, dapat kasi hindi siya nagpupuyat nakakasama sa kalusugan niya" Mom said
I sat on the sofa near Dad and hugged him tight
" Whats the matter Jess? " Dad asked
Since papa's girl ako, feeling ko mas papayagan pa ako ni Dad kaysa ni Mom so siya ang inuna ko.
" Dad... I have a favor, please??? " I said
Tiningnan niya ako
" What is it? " He asked
Ibinigay ko sa kanya yung parent's consent, sinuot niya yong glasses niya at binuksan niya kaagad ito at binasa.
" Ano ba yan? " Mom asked at lumapit siya sa amin.
" Field trip?..." Dad said
" Oo, can I? " I begged
" No Jessica! baka ano pang mangyari sayo doon " Reklamo ni Mom
Expected ko yung sagot ni Mom, pero baka iba yung isasagut ni Dad. Tumingin ulit sakin si Dad.
" Promise, magiingat naman ako " I said and looked at Dad
" Is it far? " Dad asked
" Uhm.. Di masyado " I answered
" Robert, dont tell me. Papayagan mo siya " Mom said
Tumingin ulit si Dad kay Mom, he was still thinking for his answer.
" Dad please?... Hindi lang naman kami magpapasyal doon, I will also learn something" I explained to him
" tapos pinayagan naman si Claire " I said again
" Dad? " I was still waiting for his answer
" San yung ballpen? " Dad suddenly asked
Agad akong tumayo dahil sa sinabi ni Dad
" So that means... papayagan mo ako? " I asked happily
Dad just smiled and nodded at me, my eyes widen when I saw Dad's respond . Talon ako ng talon sa sobrang saya.
" Really? Thank you Dad love youuu so much, your the best! " I instantly hugged him
" What!? " Mom reacted
