Lana Rhoades, or Amara Maple, is my best friend. She's waiting for me to finish getting ready so we can go see her boyfriend, Mike Majlak's, friends. If they're just as immature as him, I might murder himself. "Are you ready yet?" Lana yelled from downstairs. "Come help me pick out an outfit!" I yelled back. Lana groaned. "Okay! You're really not finished yet?" Her voice became louder as she made her way up my stairs.
After 20 minutes of talking and looking for outfits, we finally picked out a casual outfit for me to wear.

"Ok let's go!" Lana said and dragged me out of my own house, to her car. We hopped on and she showed me pictures of the people I would be meeting. "Pause." I say, looking at her. Lana smirks at me. "I'm meeting Logan Paul?" I ask. She nods. "Yes, you are. You guys would be cute together." She states. I roll my eyes. "No thanks."

Lana had told me Mike lived in Logan's house so that's where we were heading to. We pulled into his driveway. "His house is nice." I say, my eyes running side to side. Lana nods and gets out. I get out with her and we walk up to the house. We hear screaming in the back so we both head back there and Mike sees us. "Look who FINALLY arrived!" Mike says, walking over to kiss Lana. "Well Jayla took 2 years to get ready!" Lana says and smirks.
"Okay! This is Mike, my boyfriend, who you know. And this is Logan, Mike's best friend." Lana said, smiling at me. Logan physically gulps and extends his hand. "Hey, I'm Logan." I shake his hand with scratches here and there. "Hi, I'm Jayla."
Mike and Logan had run off to who knows where, and Lana and I were scrolling through TikTok on my phone. Lana sat up for moment and looked at me. "Did you see the way Logan reacted when he shook your hand? He's totally into you." I roll her eyes. "We've known eachother for less than a day. Don't assume anything yet."
