you are drowning me in darkness
and i keep emerging untouched.
you are taking out all the oxygen
of my vibrant walking garden
and i keep growing,
in spite of your usurpation.
you break all the bridges,
connecting me whole,
desiring the conquest i would never turn out to be
and i keep hardening the empire that breathes.
you are barging in mercilessly,
but i will forever be the one who readily
gets you on your kness at the front gates.
you must stand still
and hold tightly,
because nobody else
is going to love you like this.-the architect
