First thing in the morning, the doctor made Caelan aware she would not be having visitors. She would be working on getting her mobility back. The pacing in her room the day before had helped. Walking around the floor had been a breeze, but stairs were not so kind. It took nearly two hours to get down three cases of stairs. Getting back up them was tedious, but not nearly as hard.

She was released the next day. No one seemed to be aware of the information as she walked out of the hospital and made a slow, leisurely walk to the hotel. Her eyes caught the dreadful glob of the familiar stand Yellow Temperance. When she saw Jotaro struggling against it, she walked just a bit closer before her Stand launched out, stabbing Rubber Soul.

Her steps remained slow as she felt every emotion he was feeling, but couldn't express due to the metallic leg that struck the base of his skull. The rest of her legs moved toward him, roughly stabbing into him before pulling out a silver bubble. They ripped the bubble apart, shredding it as thick liquid dropped heavily to the ground, until one arm produced a jar, encasing a white glowing orb about the size of a marble.

Walking to Jotaro, she grabbed his hands, forcing Star Platinum out. It took every ounce of focus to keep her Stand from withdrawing as it carefully and quickly healed the Stand, simultaneously healing Jotaro.

"Did you escape from the hospital?" Jotaro asked.

"They released me. I called Master Avdol, but he didn't answer, so I figured I could walk. I didn't realize how exhausting walking was."

He didn't say anything as the two looked at the panicking girl calling Jotaro's name. She couldn't have been older than ten, blushing as she glued herself to his side. Again, that hero part of Jotaro showed as he placed a protective hand on the girl's shoulder. The girl was clearly jealous, glaring and sticking her tongue out at Caelan.

Caelan sent a ghost of a smirk to Jotaro who tugged on his hat, embarrassed by the attachment. Part of Caelan wondered if Jotaro was as terrible as he made himself out to be. He was rude and cold, but the few kind things he had done seemed to outshine that part of him.

"Let's get back to the hotel. They're probably wondering where you are," Jotaro said.

Caelan wasn't sure who that was directed to, but she followed Jotaro anyway, the girl at his side, glancing back with cold glares as she moved closer to Jotaro. It took every ounce of self control to not laugh at the big bad teen's little girlfriend. If anything, it was adorable.

When they got to the hotel, they learned of Polnareff's adventure with the Devil.

"Dammit, I wanted that one," Caelan grumbled as she focused on patching up Silver Chariot.

The gray haired man glared, "Shouldn't you be concerned about me?"

"Why? You're fine," Caelan said as she let him go, Silver Chariot disappearing from her sight.

"So, you saw Caelan's Stand," Avdol said as he looked at Jotaro, smiling a bit. "Interesting, is it not?"

"I understand why you said she was dangerous," Jotaro admitted, looking at the girl that was sitting on the floor. "What was that?"

"That was his soul being ripped to shreds so I could get his Stand," she explained as though she had been describing the weather. "It's a lot worse than what he made it out to be. I paralyzed him so he couldn't draw more attention to us."

"You say that as though we shouldn't worry about it," Kakyoin said cautiously.

With a shrug, she leaned back against the wall, "I'm here to kill DIO, just like you. However, my loyalty lies with Master Joestar and Jotaro. I will kill you if you do something to them."
