I walked down the hallway, tears in my eyes, upper lip quivering. I couldn't believe that it had ended so suddenly. I sighed heavily, and made my way outside. Anywhere actually, just as long as I got away from the jerk. I wish he had told me why, why he broken up with me. The two of us had been living a happy little life and then... this.
I sighed again and sat under a tree, looking out at the dreary, rainy weather.

Jean's POV~
I stomp down the hallway, having just gotten in a fight with Eren ouside. I won, but I had several bruises to clean up. My light brown hair was out of place in messy tufts. But hey, I always look fabulous, so I walked with my chin up, a confident smirk on my lips. There were also several mud splotches on my uniform, but the only reason I'd ever care is if Corporal Levi saw me...
Rapid footsteps approached me. I turned and saw widened turquoise eyes, and muddy arms reaching out for me. "Levi's coming!" He whisper shouted, pushing us out a door, me first.
"You go that way, I'll go that way." He directed me to the left and ran off, heading right to hide behind some bushes. I ran and found a place to hide. It was a tree, which I crouched down with my back to it, hidden from any of Headquarters' windows. I let out a deep breath and was very quiet. I heard sniffling and broken sobs, rather close to where I was. I looked around, and sitting with her back to a nearby tree was (Y/N). Tears streamed down her face. I couldn't take it. I walked over to her, crouching in front of her.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I used my left sleeve and wiped her tears away (it wasn't muddy).
"H-he... Levi broke up with me..." She looked into my eyes with her (e/c) ones, tears still spilling out of them. She stretched out her arms for a hug.
"Just a warning, I'm dirty." I looked at myself.
She giggled a little. "I don't care, Jean."
I gave her a hug, and she tightly wrapped her arms around me. I rubbed her back in a soothing manner.
I figured now was not the time to ask, but once she recovered from heartbreak, I'd ask her to be my girlfriend.
