Roman's pov

Just great. Now I'm cold, upset and soaking wet.

I had a rough day at work today. All the customers I served were horrible and really rude. ((that's what you get when working in customer service ro))  My coworkers didn't help much either. They just sat there and made me do everything.

I was walking home listening to my music when these stupid kids dumped a bucket of slime over my head from one of the apartments. As if my day couldn't get any worse.

Janus' pov
What was that? I walked over to our living room window to see the downstairs neighbours kids had dumped a bucket of slime over my husband. I wanted to go down there and beat them. When I had a better idea.

I filled up a bucket of cold water and threw it out of the window. It hit the boys and they ran inside. I smirked. Then my smirk faded when I saw Roman's posture change. He normally looked confident but he looked upset.

I wanted to make him happy. So I decided to do something to help him relax.

Roman's pov
I placed my house key into the lock to find the door was already open.
Janus must be home.
I smiled slightly at the thought of my husband. I walked inside to see a faint glow coming from the bedroom.

"Janus?" I called out. I stepped into our shared room to see fairy lights strung around the room. I also see The Lion King playing on the TV. I turn my attention to the bed and see Janus lying down with a box of chocolates and my favourite onesie beside him.

"I saw you looked upset so I thought we could watch a film and cuddle to cheer you up." The man on the bed smiled at me. I immediately ran and changed into my onesie. I dove on top of my husband and planted kisses all over his face uttering a thank you after each one.

He pulled me onto the bed and I snuggled into his chest. He played the film and we sat there until the end.

Just before we were about to go to sleep he whispered in my ear.
"Hakuna matata baby."
