Weekends

Weekends were like mini school holidays in Y/N's opinion. It was a way to escape from reality and spend all her quality time slacking. But today, she didn't feel at all of doing her regular routine. Instead, she felt like her chest tightened so much that it was enough for her to feel sick. Not only did she ruin a person's reputation, but Saiki also made it worse by confessing the awful truth. In Y/N's eyes, she didn't even consider him to have a heart to the point that he cared for a person—not only that—a girl. At first, all she wanted was to make the most of the time she had there in PK Academy, make memorable moments, and not gain friends; reasons being she wouldn't want to have her broken in a short period of time.

Y/N: POV

Truth be told, I didn't know what to do next when I face Teruhashi and Saiki. It was fear that reached out to me when I planned out my vengeance on Teruhashi. Although, seeing the person who's essentially my only trusted friend look disappointed in front of my eyes ached even worse. Kaidou and Nendou went to the trouble of trying comfort me with kind words, however granting the opposite effect.

'What can I do tho fix this?'

I gaze at an empty cup of coffee jelly, slowly drifting in my thoughts. All my mind showed me was Saiki's last spoken words.

"It's good that you're trying to cover up from being found out, but what you did back there was too cruel."

I sighed into a smile before making up my mind.

"It's about time she finds out."

MONDAY

MONDAY

I patiently waited by Teruhashi's usual desk table, unsure of what I have planned was the right decision.

'For what I know, she could reveal the information I give her the moment I take my eyes off her.'

I swung my head the other way, thinking of a positive way to push myself into doing it.

'Then again, Saiki wouldn't be angry at me anymore...'

I shook my head repeatedly taking my mind of my indecent thoughts. A small blush rose across my cheeks making my heart pound rapidly.

'I can't seriously be thinking of Saiki like this of all times! He's just a—!'

Those thoughts died down when I noticed my target entered our classroom. My blue-bell haired classmate was aware of this and neglected my existence as she passed by me. My mouth was left opened, being left interrupted when the bell rung almost instantly.

Every time I tried to have a conversation with Teruhashi, I either get interrupted or she plainly ignored me. Not only was I running out of patience, I was also wasting time. I do appear to look like a calm person, but as they say, even the Buddha has their limits!

Immediately after I stepped through the door or the cafeteria, I stomped off toward Teruhashi who sat with her lonesome, blending in with the shadows. Without her consent, I gently pulled her up to her feet and exited. At this point, not a single eye batted at our direction, that was how much they had little care of her now. She struggled to pull away as I led her to an abandoned hallway.

"Let me go, S/N! Or if that's really your name!"

I followed to what she commanded and gave her some space.

"Listen to me just once."

I say, as I faced her. She turned her back at me as I pleaded to her.

"WILL YOU JUST HEAR ME OUT JUST THIS ONCE?!"

No matter what I shouted at her, it wasn't enough for her to be convinced and bother to listen.

"YOU WERE RIGHT! I WAS THE ONE WHO REPLACED PEOPLES MEMORIES AND PHOTOSHOPPED THE PICTURES!"

My lungs were about to give out and lose my voice after I howled. Although, it was enough for Teruhashi to stop at her tracks and listen to what I had to say.

"I did all this because I was afraid if people knew I'm psychic, they'd be afraid of me. Also, I—I didn't know how to make friends!"

I distracted myself with fiddling around with the hem of my skirt, and faced the tiled-floor. She looked at me with wide eyes, with for once, nothing to say.

"You're psychic? And you didn't do it to reel in Saiki?"

'Does she ever think of anything else but Saiki?'

All I could do was nod my head, as she looked relieved. Basing on what she appeared, she wasn't planning on exposing anything mow that's she knew the whole story.

"Saiki's just a friend. He looked like a person who knew how to deal with anything, so I told him."

I told a half truth. I wouldn't want her knowing what Saiki is yet, until he agrees to it.

She was a bit confuse did the situation, but agreed to keep my secret and be made an addition to be my friend.

Right after we talked it over, she headed back to the cafeteria with a bright smile. Tomorrow, everyone's going to forget about what she mentioned to everyone.

I laid off a sigh of relief, glad that a problem had finally made its way out of my chest.

"Saiki, I know you're there."

His shadowed figure made its way close to me, as he joined me watching here Teruhashi previously was.

"That turned out pretty well. I actually thought that she would act her usual ways and tell everyone."

I stretched my arms up in the air as I let out a light yawn.

"Well, it seems that you don't know everything about her."

He furrows an eyebrow, confused of that question.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

I walked away toward the upper strait case as he followed along. A giggle made its way out my lips before leaving him to his imaginations.

'If only you knew, this is all thanks to you'
