We found mom in some sort of study room. At first, when she saw dad, she didn't do anything. They just looked at each other. Then came the tears. They cried joyfully and hugged each other. I was so happy that they finally had each other again. We were a family again. Ivy joined the hug, though I thought it would be best to let them have their moment. Oh well. I joined in too, but I made sure Klaven came with. He seemed awkward at first, but then he looked more comfortable after ten seconds. When we broke away, dad was the first to speak.

"I thought I would never live to see this day," He said.

"I am so sorry, my love," Mom cried.

"It was not your fault, dear. Why are you apologizing?"

"Because I could have saved you. I could have gone back to the surface with a small army or something. I could have saved you."

"There is nothing you could have done, and that is okay. We are all here together, and that is what counts."

I decided to leave them be. I asked Klaven to show me around the castle. He showed me his bedroom, then the one I would be staying in. Beside it was Ivy's, and then down a different hallway, was our parent's master bedroom. Though even my bedroom seemed like a master bedroom. He showed me a lot of different rooms, half of them I didn't see the need for.

"And this is the ballroom. We will probably be having a ball today to celebrate you three returning," Klaven told me.

"Oh, I love dancing!" I exclaimed. However, I didn't like to dance in front of people. "I don't think I'll dance much though. I'd rather dance alone."

"Well that's ok I suppose. I won't be dancing at all. I'm not much of a dancer," Klaven looked away from me. "But I will be there if you ever want to..." He whispered the last part and I couldn't hear.

I looked at him, wondering what he was going to say. I had an idea, but I wasn't sure. "What?"

Klaven looked at me for a second. "Um, if you ever want to hang out."

I smiled at him. I knew what he meant. "I'd like that."

We started back to the study room. I hoped mom felt better.
