Rias pov:
The sunlight hit my eyelids but i didn't want to open them. With my eyes closed, i stretched around feeling the pillows and the familiar beautiful scent. I shot up from the bed, memories of last night spinning in my head, forming a slight blush on my cheeks. I felt my heart sink a bit that gabe was gone. I groaned and laid back looking at the ceiling. My phone ringing shook me out of my thoughts and i grabbed my phone to see the caller i.d which was 'Gabriel' my heart instantly sped up. I quickly attended it "hello?" My voice laced with happiness. "Hey good morning" he replied. "Morning" i laughed "im sorry we had a rouge and i had to go" he explained "oh its okay" a big knock on my door made me jump. I panted and tried to calm my racing heart. "Hey can you hold on someones at my door" i said to gabe "sure" i put the phone down and walked to the door. I opened it to greet silence and an empty hall. "Hello?" I stepped out of the room to look at the empty corridor "Hello?" I tried again only be greeted back with silence. I walked to Arias room and opened it up. I was angry these kind of pranks scared me easily and she knew it. I went in her room to see a very naked aria snoring in her bed. I quickly closed the door and ran back to my room. I was scared. Really scared. I quickly locked my door. I know i sound like a little girl in a horror movie but what happened with nate had scared me. I quickly got my phone from the bed and put it to my ear. "You there?" I said in a whisper not bothering to look at the phone to see of he had really ended the call. I was only greeted back with silence. I pulled my phone back to see if i was still in call or not and i was but this wasn't Gabriel's number. The phone showed the caller as 'unkown' i could hear rustling in the phone and i put to my ear again "hello?" My voice cracked. "Gabriel if your playing a joke on me then its not funny" i knew i was almost on the verge of crying. I could hear shallow breathing on the end of the line and it was definitely male. "Ria" someone groaned. It was a deep creepy voice and i did not recognise it "who is this?" I spoke clutching the phone in my hand. "Check your bathroom for a surprise" i heard the call drop and i froze. What was in the bathroom? I could feel the tears going down my face. It was the same fear i had years ago. When nate was kicked out, he sent me messages like this and even killed my dog and put it in my bed. He was crazy but i hadn't heard of him for a long time amd surely this would just be a prank. With the courage my feet started to move and i found myself face to face with the door. I closed my eyes tightly and balled my hands into fists. I took a deep breath and opened it the door making a creaking noise. The minute it was opened i instantly regretted it. I screamed so loud it hurt my own ear. There in front of me was my class fellow with her stomach open and her intestines on display. I fell to the floor and thats when i noticed a small envelope in her hand. I crawled on my knees and grabbed it tearing the paper and opening the letter, the three words were enough to make me scream again.

I was wrapped in a big blanket sitting on the stairs of the entrance of my hostel. I could hear ambulance sirens and see police cars. My body felt numb. I had cried so much that i felt like i couldn't cry anymore. I had given the note to the two officers who were standing next to me and currently the note was scrunched up in my fist. They had carried amelia, the dead girl away and put her in the ambulance. Aria had been with me all the time but i insisted her to go and wash up. A familiar scent hit my nostrils and i instantly felt better. I saw Gabriel walking up to me, his eyes showed panic and worry. I quickly got up and ran to him who opened his arms for me. I hugged him like my life depended on it and cried. He pushed me back and cupped my cheek "whats wrong? Are you hurt?" He was inspecting my body for any injuries. The blanket had fallen down by now. I shook my head using my voice "what happened?" He asked. "Uh excuse me sir?" The officers from before came behind me and i wrapped my hands around my mates waist and put my head in his chest breathing in his scent. "What is your relationship with miss jackson?" I beat him to it "he's my boyfriend" i spoke since the officers were human. "Okay.." One of the officers wrote that down on his note pad. "What happened here?" Gabe asked the officers i looked up pleading with my eyes not ask that a part of me was still not ready to tell what happened again (i already told the cops) and the other part of me was not ready to tell gabe about my past. Gabriel let out a thunderous growl and his eyes went black and were fixated on the officers. I turned my head to see both of them looking at my ass and my long legs. I was quickly pushed behind my mates back by my mate him self, who was growling and could shift any moment. I put my hands on his back and planted a soft kiss which calmed him down. I was growing self conscious because i was in my pajama shorts and my tshirt. He quickly turned away and picked me up bridal style in a way hiding my body from all the males. I didn't complain as i was so tired. He carried me to his car and sat me down. He got in and started the car. "Im so cold" i said wrapping my arms around my self. Without another word he blasted the heater and gave me his jacket which ended mud thigh, revealing his tight black button down. I put my head on the window on the verge of sleeping when i felt a warm hand grab mine and sparks shoot up my body. The last thing i felt was warm lips at my knuckles before i dozed off.
