I stretched my arms towards the sky, and crouched down stretching my leg.

" Ahh... Now it's time to catch a wave!"

I got up and ran down stairs, shoving my feet in my shoes and grabbing my surfboard and my bag opening the door and running out.

" Y/N!!!!!" 

I trip on the door frame and flip forward.

" KODY!!!" I turn and look at the older boy.

" Sorry you forgot breakfast!" 

I got up and turned to him holding a waffle. I leaned down and bit the waffle, I leaned back up and bowed down and turned and headed to the beach. I chewed the waffle and looked around the beach. I saw a tall boy with pink hair riding the waves. I put down my bag kick off my shoes and run towards the ocean. I lie on my surfboard paddling to a wave, I stand up on the board and watch the boy in front of me. The wave suddenly falls. The wave crashes down on me, my body got pushed down. I swim up but the current pushes me back down, I start swimming up and then I see a hand reach out for me and grab my hand. I gasp for air and lean on his surfboard.

" You alright?"

I looked up at the boy.

" I think so..."

" The current is strong after a wave."

I look around for my surfboard.

" She took your surfboard to the shore."

" Who?"

" The ocean of course, she took it to the shore for you."

He proudly smiled, I gave a small smile.

" Here get on I'll swim back."

He pulled me up on his surfboard and got off swimming to the shore. I paddled back on the surf board and I arrived to the shore to see him holding my board.

" It sure is hard to swim with that zip-up of yours but if that's your style who am I to judge."

He walked along the beach and lied down.

" Is he going to sleep?"

I shrug it off and walk to my bag. I grab my water bottle and drink some water.

" Y/N! Y/N!"

I turn to see some kids from the orphanage.

" Hey guys! What are you up to early in the morning?"

" We wanted to see you surf!"

" Yeah we wanna see!"

" Ok then."

I smile and walk to the shore. Cmon you got this... I paddle to a wave and get on my surfboard. I surf and wave to the kids.

" GO Y/N! GO Y/N!"

The kids jump up and down. The wave slowly calms so I turn to the shore.

" Y/N! That was amazing!"

" You were awesome!"

" Thank you guys! What are you guys up to today?"

" Maybe go for a swim and go to the forest to run around."

" Make sure Josh doesn't get lost again."

" I won't let him."

I smiled from their cuteness.

" Hey surfer girl! You wanna come with us?"

Kody walked to us.

" Not sure, maybe I'll surf instead."

" This is one big group of people."

A voice from behind me spoke, so familiar.

" Hurley!"

" Kody! Yo what's up?"

" You know him Kody?"

" Yep, he is a surfer too."

" Yeah I know."

We talked for a bit about plans and how they know each other. We ended up going with the kids with Hurley, and Kody carrying me on his shoulder.

" Why do I have to come!? The ocean is calling me!!!! Put me down Kody! The ocean is calling me!"

I pout while we go into the forest.

" You have the best sense of direction so we kinda need you."

" You mean only Josh, he can't figure out how to find the exit in a supermarket."

Hurley and a few kids laugh. Kody puts me down.

" Fine I'll come with you to your nature walk."

Time skiiiiip

" How was that walk surfer girl?"

" Don't call me that Kody!"

I took off my sweater and put it on Josh and Hayley.

" This was an amazing walk, I don't do things like these."

We walked down the street towards the beach.

" You guys talk to each other like siblings, are you tho?"

Hurley looks over at me and Kody.

" More like orphans saying that they are siblings."

" Don't worry compared to the vast ocean it's nothing to worry about."

We laughed a bit.

" You gonna go back to the sea surfer girl?"

" Yes, it's calling to me."

I started to run towards the beach.

" Wait for me! I'm coming too."

Hurley called back as he ran after me.
I grabbed my board and jumped on it riding the wave.

~liiiitle later~

I sut on the beach watching the sunset.

" This place has the best sunsets."

Hurley sat beside me.

" Yeah all the warm shades." He spoke.

" Too bad it's not getting any warmer."
I grinned and giggled a bit. I looked up to see stars flashing at us.

" It's beautiful."

" Yeah..."

A cold breeze blew making me shiver. Hurley turns his attention to me and pulls me into his lap, hugging me. I blush and look down. He lied down on the sand with me in his arms. I looked up to see stars, and I slowly loose myself in the stars.
