Oliver had finally gotten Felicity to calm down. Ever since the party 2 hours ago she had been crying so hard she could barely speak. They were in the lair now. On the bed Felicity had bought him. She was laying in his arms as he hummed a lullaby. Diggle and Roy had left an hour ago after Oliver had assured them both he would call if anything else happened.
"Oliver i'm so sorry." She finally spoke. "For what?" he asked, confused. "For ruining everything. For making your mother angry, for ruining another one of your relationships. For getting pregnant." She sobbed. "Felicity," He said firmly."Don't you ever, EVER apologize for any of that. I love you. And i will always love you."
She nodded as he used his free hand to wipe the fresh tears off her face. "Do you remember when we got married?" He asked her. A small smile forming on his face, She laughed despite herself as she replied. "Yeah. We scared the minister so bad. The Arrow and a random girl showing up in his church demanding to be married." They both laughed at the memory before settling into a comfortable silence.

"Felicity, will you marry me?" The question held in the air for a few seconds before Felicity responded. "Oliver this isn't the time for jokes. Slades got Laurel and a whole army of mirakuru soldiers are attacking the city. Not to mention the fact that A.R.G.U.S is sending a missile in." "I wasn't joking Felicity." he said as he gazed into her eyes in the low light of the clock tower they were standing in. Roy's monitors beeping were the only sound.
"Oliver. What are you saying?" She asked finally. "Felicity," He started as he bent down on his knee. "Will you marry me?" as he asked, he gently grabbed her wrist and pulled out the ring he had been saving. She gasped as tears formed in her eyes. "Oliver..." She breathed. "I... Yes." He smiled wide as he slipped the ring onto her finger and stood up. She stared wide eyed at it for a moment beofre looking at him. "Is this a dream?" "I hope not." He whispered as he leaned down to kiss her."
