Naomi's POV

"I just wanna graduate alreaddddddyyy." Lorraine whined as she sat down on the couch. It was finally New Years Eve and we go back to school on the 6th.

There was a knock on the door and I got up to answer to see Marcus and Shawn with 2 bottles of Ciroc in his hands. "We finna turn up like there's no tomorrow!" Shawn yelled.

"Shut the hell up fool. So fucking loud for no reason." Lorraine said. "If I'm a fool then ya ass is the fool's girl." He said winking at her. She rolled her eyes at him. It was obvious Shawn and Lorraine liked each other. They were always flirting.

"Hey babygirl." Marcus said before kissing my lips "Aw y'all cute now go do that shit somewhere else." Lorraine said .

"If they do it somewhere else we can do what we gotta do right here on the couch." Shawn said licking his lips at Lorraine. "Boy bye, get out of here with ya Lil dick ass." Lorraine said.

"Mhm that's what you say now." He said.

"She lying Shawn, she said for a skinny nigga you sure have a thick long one." I said laughing.

"I know that's right Lil sis." He said. "Oh shit daddy, I'm bout to cummmmmm." He sad mocking Lorraine making us laugh expect Lorraine.

"Now if y'all need us, we'll be in Naomi's room." Marcus said as we walked to my room.

We walked into the room and he closed the door. As we walked to my bed he started kissing my neck.

"Damn I knew you missed me but not this much." I said.

"Baby you just don't know, I want you to move in with me." He said.

"I'll think about it." I said.

"So how bout you give me my new years kiss." He said.

"But its not even New years yet." I said

"But we can start early." He said kissing me passionately while unbuttoning my shirt.

"Happy New Years!" Lorraine and Shawn yelled busting through the door.

"Y'all don't know how to knock?" Marcus said.

"Damn nigga sorry, we ain't know y'all was starting y'all new years early." Shawn said.

After a while of arguing and talking, we were at the park watching the fireworks. As we were watching a thick light skin lady walked over with a light skin little girl.

"Hey uncle Marcus." The little girl said.

"Hey beautiful." Marcus said. "Iris and Kayla this my girlfriend Naomi, Naomi this my older sister and her 7 year old daughter Layla." He said.

"Hi its nice to meet you gorgeous." Iris said.

"Thank you and hey little princess." I said bending down to Layla's height.

She giggled. "Hi, I like your hair." She said.

"Thanks I like yours too baby." I said.

"Mommy can I get my hair like how Naomi's hair is." She asked.

Iris laughed. "Maybe when you're older ." Iris said.

Marcus's POV

The next day.

"She's pretty." Iris said. We were standing by my car watching Naomi play with Kayla.

"Yea." I said.

"How long y'all been together?" She asked.

"About to be a month." I said.

"I hope pretty soon she meets mama." She said. It was a whole different thing when I bring a girl home to mama. Mama would usually asks questions that make every girl neverous.

Like last time I brought my girl to her she made her cry. I just want to be with Naomi for a while before I bring her to mama.

"Yea hopefully mama don't make her cry." I said.

"Yea cause you know how she is." She said.

Something about Naomi was different and I definitely like it.
