A Strange Feeling

~A/N: The first part and most of this chapter(if not, the entire chapter) is going to be in Jewel's POV~

After training with Slime, we went to find Momma so that we could get healed. "Hey, Ruby!" Slime called out as we walked into the gym(side note: the one where you go to work out). "Yeah, Sli- oh, goodness, what happened to you two?" Momma asked as she got a good look at us. "We were, uh, training," I said, sheepishly. She chuckled, and came over and healed us. "Thanks Ruby," Slime said. "No problem, just, try to be a bit more careful, ok? Especially since you're still a bit new to all this, Jewel," Mom said, giving us both head pats. "Ok, we'll be careful," I said, rubbing the back of my neck.

D.J.'s POV:
'That's...her mother? They don't look alike in the slightest bit!' I thought as I watched the scene in front of me. It seems as though everyone here has powers. 'Hmmm...' I pounded the nonexistent ground in frustration. "Ow..!" someone yelled out. "Hey, Jewel, you ok?" Ruby asked with concern. I was surprised that Jewel got hurt, since I didn't see anyone hurt her. "I'm fine it's just, my head started hurting out of nowhere. It felt like someone or something hit me," Jewel explained. 'Wait a second...' I thought. I then pounded the nonexistent ground again, but a bit harder this time. "OW!!" Jewel screamed in pain. 'Huh, I guess she can feel anything I do in here. Interesting...' I thought while smirking evilly. "Maybe you should lay down for a bit," Ruby suggested while gently rubbing Jewel's head.

Jewel's POV:
"Y-yeah, maybe I should," I said, clutching my head. My mom then teleported me to a room inside the mansion and lied me down on the bed. "Try to get some rest, ok?" she said while gently stroking my head. I purred and slowly nodded, closing my eyes. She then planted a kiss on my forehead, said "Sweet dreams, Jewel," and left the room. After that, I soon drifted off to sleep.

Ok, fine. I'm sorry this chapter was a bit shorter than the others, but I had some ideas that I think wouldn't fit in this chapter.
D.J.: So y'all get those ideas in the beginning of the next chapter.
