Update on colby a couple days later

SAMS POV:
"colby is doing great.. He just got out of surgey. He might talk to you," the doctor says . Once we got into the room Colby was kinda of awake. "Hey baby," I said. "H-hi," he smiles. I than lay down on the bed next to him. "You really gave me a scare,"I say. "I-I'm sorry I just," I then shhhed him because I knew it was hard to talk. "It okay. Just don't do anything like that again." He nodded and I peck him on the lips. "I missed you," I say. "I miss you too." I smile at that. "Why would you save me," I asked. He than sat up. "Baby why wouldn't I. Your my whole world. I couldn't just let you die ," he says. "But if you died it would be worse," I say. "Sam. I'm never going to stop protecting y-you," I smile and kissed him again and say the same thing

"Get some rest.. we are taking you home tomorrow on doctors orders," I say and he laughs. "Okay goodnight sammy," Colby said. "Goodnight colbs."
