You have to try this. You really, really have to try this. Just trust me once. Please. Okay, so if you have decided to try it, sit down in a comfortable position. Keep your palms facing up in order to receive blessings. Nice and erect spine is really gonna help. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath. Release it slowly. And then go back in your timeline. One year back, two years back, five, ten, twenty. Go back to the time when you were a kid. A kid sitting on the bed playing or enjoying. Now give your younger self all the love that you can. If it requires words, express it. Love is limitless. Give it as much as you can. Now place your hands on your heart and feel the love. Feel the emotions the heart is radiating. Now talk to your younger self. Tell that you are beautiful. You are great. You are gifted. You are a blessing in this world. You are going to do great things in your life. You are worth it. Tell your younger self every positive things you can say. Take each and every instance that has deeply left an impact on you. Let them pass without any emotional attachment. Tell yourself that no matter what you still love that you. Give comfort. Give love. Give care. Give attention. Feel the energy passing through your body. Feel the love. Now take a deep breath. And finally join the younger version of yourself to the you now. And take a deep breath. Feel how it feels to be loved. Feel the love you have bestowed upon yourself.
You do not know the power of this magic therapy.It may take about ten to fifteen minutes but just try it once. I have just now tried it. I learnt about this from a YouTube video. It is amazing. It feels amazing.
Also I have dedicated today to myself. I have already taken a long shower. Shampooed my hair. Scrubbed my body. Wore comfortable clothes. And now I am going to apply a homemade face mask. Later I am going to paint my nails and massage my hair. I am going to cook something I like for dinner. And then I am going to listen to my favorite songs and chill. Meditate for a while as well because I guess I am really getting addicted. Touchwood. And I want to continue doing it. I think those of you who suffer from anxiety, depression or stress, should really try meditating. There are a whole bunch of peaceful, calming or motivating sounds available on different platforms.
There's one more thing that I should started practicing. It is to say good things about my company to myself. There are times when I am doing something and then just for fun in the middle of it, I yawn and say it's boring. You won't believe or maybe you would but then it really becomes boring. I am going to keep on saying that I am an amazing company. I think you should also try this. I think this is really going to help. You don't comprehend the power your mind has over you. How we perceive any situation is based on our mind. So instead of feeding anything negative about yourself, feed all the positive ones. Eventually you will feel the change in yourself.
