Chapter 9 ~ Slap

We both head upstairs and go into our rooms.

Ring-ring-ring

Soo-young POV

Ughh!! The alarm went off and oh Shit! We were late for school.

Soo-young: "Oppa, wake up, we're late for school!", I shout from my room whilst making my bed.

No answer. Damn it, I have to go wake him up like a kid. I go to his room and walk over to his bed.

Soo-young: "Oppa, Wake up, look at the time, we're late for school.

Sungjae: "give me five more minutes please."

Soo-young: "Look at the time, there is no five minutes. Get up!!

Sungjae: "What time is it?"

Soo-young: "It's 7:50 and school starts at 8 you idiot."

Sungjae: "Calm it dearest," He says with a smile and with that he got up and went to the bathroom. I myself went to the bathroom, washed up, put my clothes on and rushed downstairs. I heard Sungjae coming down as well. I hurried to the kitchen to grab a cereal bar for myself and Sungjae.

Soo-young: "Yah, here eat this on the way", I say while throwing it at him.

We were out of the house at 7:55 and rushed to school. Sungjae started to talk to someone on the phone. Ughh this boy, look at him, we're late and he decided now is a good time to ring someone up. Internal sigh. What should I do with him?

(At school)

We reached school, ran to class and when we got there, the bell had already rung and everyone turned in their seats and looked at us.

Teacher: "Both of you are late."

Soo-young: "Sorry Sir, we promise we won't be late again."

Teacher: "I'll let you off this once, but if you're late again get yourself ready for a punishment.

Soo-young: "Yes."

Teacher: "Both of you go to your seats."

We both quickly hurried to our seats.

Teacher: "Now then let's continue what we were discussing before."

Just as were about to continue with the lesson, somebody knocked on the door and this time everyone looked at the door.

Teacher: "Ughh, Who is it this time?" He shouts without looking at the door, however when he does look he says, "And who are you?"

____: "Hello, teacher, my name is Jennie, Kim Jennie and I'm the new student of your class."

Teacher: "Oh yes, I heard you were coming today, why don't you come in and introduce yourself to the class?."

The girl called Kim Jennie walked to the front of the class and started to introduce herself.

Jennie: "Annyeonghaseyo everyone, I hope we can all be friends."

Teacher: "Thank you for your introduction and welcome to our class please take a seat next to Lia."

Jennie: "Thank you Sir."

She walks over to her seat next to Lia, and sits down. She looks at me and smirks. Why did that smirk give me a bad feeling?

(After lessons finished)

Soo-young: "Yaaay, finally time to go home."

I grabbed my stuff and started to head home when I passed a road wherein I saw two familiar people so I looked closer to see Jennie and Sungjae standing next to each other. I decided to hide behind a tree and see what was going on.
