Chapter 12 ~ Lisa

I kissed her cheek, had a shower and went to bed.

Soo-young POV

The next morning I woke up with a headache, and I didn't see anybody around so I went downstairs and smelled something really weird; the smell of burning. I ran towards the kitchen and saw that it was covered in smoke and saw Sungjae covered in smoke, and when he saw me he gave me a guilty smile, the kind of smile you give when you break your mum's favourite plate.

Soo-young: "Yahhhh, what are you doing?"

Sungjae: "Well Joy, I was trying to cook you something."

I shook my head at him in disappointment and moved him to the side.

Soo-young: "Clean up your mess please."

Sungjae: "Miyanee." (Sorry)

Soo-young: "It's fine, just remind me not to allow you in the kitchen next time and never let you cook."

Sungjae(chuckles):"Yeah I know, I think I'll let you be in charge of the kitchen."

I finally finished cleaning up his mess because he couldn't do it, the lazy thing, and cooked something for us to eat.

Sungjae: "Ummm..Joy.. about yesterday."

Soo-young: "What about yesterday?"

Sungjae: "About the Lisa thing."

Soo-young: "It's fine, don't worry, I'm over that already."

Sungjae looked at me with a surprised face.

Sungjae: "Really?"

I nod.

Sungjae: "Wait, Joy, so if you're over it does that mean you're not angry at me?"

Soo-young: "Oh, No I am still mad at you."

Sungjae: "Oh" he says with a sad tone.

After that we lapsed into silence and when we finished eating we got ready for school; when we arrived at school I quickly got out of the car and went inside before Sungjae, because I was trying to avoid him. I was still kinda mad at him for yesterday but I was also doing it to tease him.

Sungjae: "Joy, wait up!"

I ignored him and kept walking, when I went inside I went to my locker and grabbed my things, and then rushed to class.

(In class)

Teacher: "Students please settle down , I need to tell you some news."

All the students went to their seats.

Teacher: "Okay, so it seems that our student Jennie has settled down in our class but today a new student is joining us today. Can you come up here please, Miss Manoban."

A girl from the back of the class stood up and went to the front of the class.

____: Annyeonghaseyo, my name is Lalisa Manoban but you can call me Lisa."

Huh? Wait a second! Lisa? That name sounds so familiar, wait isn't that..

The door suddenly swings open and Sungjae walks in.

Sungjae: "Sorry, I'm late Teacher."

He then looks at me and I look away.

Teacher: "It's fine, just go to your seat."

He then moves to his seat next to me.

Teacher: "Okay so since Mr Yook was late to class, he can show the new student around the school."
