Chapter 27 ~ Good News?

We grabbed our luggage and headed to the airport. Our plane journey was tiring and finally we reached home.

(2 months later)

It's been two months since we have come back from our honeymoon and recently I have started to feel nauseous, it started like 2 weeks after we came back from our trip. Though it has been a long time, I still feel nauseous like whenever I eat or smell some kinds of food I feel like throwing up. I'm home alone today as Sungjae went with BTOB as they called him for some important event, since I was alone I decided to visit my parents since there was nothing to do and I was really bored.

(At my parents house)

I ring the doorbell and my dad comes to open it.

Dad: "Oh sweetheart you came."

Soo-young: "Hey Appa, how are you doing?"

Dad: "I'm doing fine, let's go inside."

I went into the house, and suddenly my tummy felt queasy and I felt like I was going to puke, so I ran to the bathroom and started to vomit.

(Opens the door of the bathroom)

Soo-young: "Ughh, why do I feel like this?"

I came out from the bathroom and my parents were standing there, looking at me with an astonished expression.

Soo-young: "What happened?"

Mum: "Nothing my dear, dinner is ready, come and eat."

Soo-young: "Umm, Eomma, I'll pass."

Mum: "Are you sure?"

I nod.

Mum: "Okay then."

My parents walked back into the kitchen and I went to the living room, and sat down on the couch turning the TV on.

I was watching an episode of my recent drama, 'Tail of the Nine Tailed', when I felt my eyes go really heavy so I ended up taking a nap. A few hours later I felt someone touching my shoulder trying to wake me up.

Mum: "Soo-young, wake up."

Soo-young: "What happened Eomma?"

Mum: "Okay you're up."

She handed me a bag.

Soo-young: "Eomma what is this?"

Mum: "Take this and go to the bathroom and you'll see."

Soo-young: "Sure."

I got up and went into the bathroom, and then opened the bag. My hands started to shake and I was just trying to read what it said.

Soo-young: "A p-p-p-regnancy test, why did she give this to me? What does this mean, but since she told me to use it...."

I took it out and read the instructions and followed it, after I finished I looked at the result and was shocked. It was positive. I went out of the bathroom with the test behind me.

Mum: "What happened?"

I handed it to my mum and they both looked at me in astonishment.

Mum: "OH MY GOSH, IS THIS TRUE?"

Soo-young: "Well I guess Eomma, that's what the test says right?"

Dad: "I'm going to be a grandfather!"

Soo-young: "But Eomma how did you know, I was expecting?"

Mum: "Well I had the same symptoms as you, I often felt nauseous."
