John was backstage with Kenny Omega discussing about their segment on Dynamite while Kris and Britt were talking about their match and about John
With John and Kenny
John: The fans are gonna love our segment tonight
Kenny: They are and I wanted to talk to you about Jim Cornette. He said some harsh things about you on his podcast
John: I don't give a damn about that old bastard. He puts all the best wrestlers in the world on his shitlist. This is wrestling in 2020 not back in his times
Kenny: Well said. And I also wanted to talk to you about Kris
John: What is on your mind?
Kenny: When are you gonna ask her out?
John: I don't know Tyson and I'm kinda nervous to ask
Kenny: Don't be. Whenever you feel the time is right just go in for the kill
With Kris and Britt
Britt: Wait...he winked at you last week?
Kris: Yes and I blushed like crazy
Britt: He is giving you signs Kris
Kris: I know but I don't know what to do
Britt: You have to do it back to him
Kris: Well I will try
Kris smirked and blushed before a producer walked up to them and said that they are up next. Britt walked off first before Kris went to find John. While running she bumped into him
John: Woah. Sorry Kris
Kris: Sorry. I was looking for you
John: I was looking for you as well
Kris: Well I am up next and I wanted you to wish me luck
John: How could I not wish you luck
They hugged before Kris winked at him and walked off. John smirked over Kris's teasing
*30 minutes later*
Kris and Britt went back and forth with punches. Kris hit a roundhouse Kick before nailing the Big Bang Theory on Britt 1!2!3! Kris celebrated her win before heading backstage
Backstage
Kris walked backstage and saw John clapping for her. She smiled at him before booping him on the nose which made him laugh
John: Nice win tonight
Kris: Thanks man
John: No problem and I'm up next
Kris: How come you don't have on your ring gear?
John: You'll see why soon
John smirked at Kris before walking off. Kris felt her heart skip a beat before she put on her biggest smile. Kris walked to the locker room when she encountered Penelope Ford
Kris: Hey Olivia-
Penelope: Don't hey Olivia me!
Kris: Okay?
Penelope: You think I don't know what you are doing? Quit flirting with John. He is mine
Kris: What? I was not flirting with him and aren't you with Simon(Kip Sabian)?
Penelope: Yeah but he is no good. But that's none of your business. John however...he will be mine

Penelope: Can you not hear?
Kris: I can and well it looks like he learned from his mistakes and that mistake was meeting you
Penelope: Don't you dare disrespect me
Kris: I just did and what can you do?
Penelope pushed past Kris. Kris smirked before aggressively turning Penelope around and having a stare down with her. Penelope scoffed before leaving the locker room. Kris went to take a shower before putting on casual clothes and watching Johns segment
In the ring
John was in the ring with a microphone
John: Ladies and gents. If you don't know...Double or Nothing is this Saturday and I don't have a match
The fans boo
John: I know but I will have a match at Double or Nothing
The fans cheer loudly
John: But this match will change the very foundation of wrestling. Specifically tag team wrestling....Sorry to get off topic but as some of you may have heard...Jim Cornette had some words
The crowd booed when they heard his name
John: Yeah I hate him too. Turns out Jim had some tough words. He called be a terrible wrestler,someone that is over for no reason and a disgrace to wrestling. Do you guys think that I am a disgrace?

John: Too bad Jim lives in the past. It's 2020 not the 80's
The crowd oohed at his words
John: Anyway...At Double or Nothing I challenge Death Triangle. As you know the Lucha Brothers are the current AEW world tag team champions and Pac wants the TNT title. I beat Pac and Lucha Brothers before and I want to do it again but this time teaming up with Kenny Omega and a man you guys haven't seen in awhile-
Pac's music hit and he came out with the Lucha Bros. They rushed to the ring and attacked John. John fought back but was outnumbered and that's when Omega rushed down the ramp and fought them off for a little but got knocked down. Death Triangle beat on Omega and Danielson until
Chris Hero's music hit to a thunderous pop. Hero ran down the ramp and entered the ring wiping out the men with rolling elbows. Pac,Fenix and Pentagon retreated as the crowd went wild. Omega,Hero and Danielson stood tall closing the show
Backstage
John went backstage and caught up with Chris Hero before walking to his locker room in which he encountered Penelope much to his displeasure
Penelope: Hey sweetie
John: Oh my god leave me the hell alone
Penelope: Never and stop denying my love for you
John: I don't like you Olivia and please leave me alone you psycho
Penelope: I can change your mind
Penelope bit her lip and walked up to John in which he was backed into a corner
Penelope: No where to go. You might as well accept my love
Penelope leaned to kiss John but Kris pushed her to the ground
Kris: What the hell are you doing?
Penelope: Back off Kris he is mine
Kris: He doesn't love you and I'm sure the person behind doesn't love you anymore
Kris pointed to Kip who was irate at Penelope
Kip: What the hell Olivia?
Penelope: It's not what it looks like-
Kip: No. We are done!
Penelope: Baby no! Don't go
Kip angrily walked off in which Penelope chased after him
John: What a psycho and thanks for saving me
Kris: Hey what can I say I'm a life saver
John: *chuckles* I admire your admiration to help me
Kris: No problem
Kris hugged John tightly
Kris: Well I was wondering John if you wanted to go get dinner with others tonight?
John: Of course I would. Who else will be there?
Kris: Greg(Trent),Dustin(Chuck),James(Orange) Priscilla and Britt
John: Ok let's go
They walked together out the arena. While walking John slipped his arm around Kris which made her blush. They met up with the others and enjoyed dinner before going to a hotel and going to sleep preparing for Double or Nothing on Saturday
