- Henry is a major dad friend. He's super supportive of everyone but doesn't understand some of the lingo the younger workers like Wally and Shawn use. He tries to learn and use it himself but it usually ends up being lovingly cringeworthy. He also makes a lot of super cheesy dad jokes. If he was still at the studio when Buddy was around, he probably would've adopted him as his illegitimate son.
In an AU where the toons are alive just as themselves, Henry adopts all of them and he and Linda raise them together.
In a modern AU, Henry would definitely struggle with using technology and not understand most memes. He tries though.
In an AU where Henry saves everyone, he's very loving and caring towards every worker and learns how to help each separate person through their traumas.
-If asked nicely and by the right person at the right time, Sammy will willingly play meme songs. It's usually Wally, Shawn, or Jack that'll request them, and so long as there's a bit of extra free time or they're outside of work, he'll usually comply. Jack also does this except he's willing pretty much all the time unless they're a couple days from a strict deadline.
-Shawn fluently speaks English and Irish, and can decently carry a conversation in all three "Romance languages" (Italian, French, and Spanish). He's also dabbled in German here and there but he's not anywhere near as skilled in that one. If someone were to ask him to, he'd willingly teach them Irish. Sometimes he sings Irish folk songs why he paints, both in his native language and in English.
-Thomas only ever really lets his feelings show around Allison and Wally. Wally is basically his best friend and they're the perfect book smart street smart duo.
-Allison proposed to Thomas during a date at the park. Wally helped her pick out the ring.
-Wally is the best wing man in the studio. He's always down to help someone confess their feelings to their crush or set up a special occasion to propose at. He's attended many of his friends weddings and is always the most entertaining guy at bachelor parties.
-Shawn has made a doll for pretty much every worker in the studio. He makes sure to stay very accurate. If someone in the studio changes their hair he makes them a new doll to match that new hairstyle. If a worker comes out as trans or non-binary, even if they aren't able to properly transition, Shawn makes sure to ask them what they wished they looked like, secretly write it down, then make a doll for them matching that description. One day he came into work only to find out that the main gang had worked together to make him his very own doll.
-Grant is secretly a very good artist and has his own sketchbook he never shows to anyone. He's also a decent singer.
-Everyone thinks that Wally or Shawn would be the best pranksters on April Fools, but the title actually goes to Norman since he's able to be so sneaky.
-Joey has affectionate nicknames for everyone in the studio. The "Bertie" incident was a minor slip up. He's also the one who got people to start calling Sammy "Sammy". Sammy's canon real name is Samuel.
-Wally's real name is actually Walter, and people will occasionally call him Walt just for the Disney joke.
-Joey has a somewhat friendly rivalry with Walt Disney. The two respect each other as people and as visionaries, but they also constantly try to one up one another.
