In order to make this easier on myself, Jack, Thomas, and Norman are animatronics. More specifically, they are the suits, not the souls inside the suits. I know it's probably confusing but that's how I had to do it in order for this to work cause there's a lot more human characters in BATIM compared to FNAF. What I'm trying to do is place the BATIM characters into the established FNAF roles, so this is what I ended up with.

Bendy
Any and all variants of regular Freddy. Funtime Bendy has a tiny Boris puppet.
Boris
Any and all variants of regular Bonnie. "Buddy Boris" refers to the original "Bonnie the Bunny" of this universe.
Alice
Any and all variants of Chica.
Charley/Piper
All variations of Baby. "Circus Baby's Pizza World" is now "Butcher Gang's Burgers." "Bendy's" is still a pizza place but this restaurant is a burger joint. Piper is Scrap Baby.
Barley/Fisher
Ballora. That's it. Where else would I put him?
Edgar/Striker
Any and all variants of Mangle. Also Funtime Foxy.
Butcher
Not a canon character in BATIM, but it's basically Ennard so it's just all the Butcher Gang members and Funtime Bendy combined. He wears a Bendy mask.
Projectionist
Any and all variants of Foxy besides Funtime Foxy. His light's lens color changes based on which version.
Beast Bendy
Any and all variations of Golden Freddy/Fredbear. The Fredbear plush is still just a regular Bendy doll though.
Inked Sammy
Any and all variants of Marionette/Puppet. Different variations have different expressions on the mask.
Swollen Jack/Bob
Swollen Jack is Balloon Boy and all variants of Balloon Boy.
Bob is JJ.
The Lost One that can talk is Dee Dee.
Tom
Spring trap and Glitchtrap. NOT WILLIAM! Just the suit.

Samuel "Sammy" Lawrence
Vanny. Joey Drew's follower. His disguise is Ink Sammy as a sort of spite since in the original game the Marionette is sort of the protector of all the other souls. Sammy in this universe was also the night guard of "Demon's Hell" (Fazbear's Fright)
Allison Stein
Charlotte Emily, the girl in Marionette. Henry's daughter. Her soul is inside Inked Sammy and then Wander, who is the "Wandering is a Terrible Sin" Bendy which will take place of Lefty.
Susie Drew
Elizabeth Afton, the girl in Baby. Joey's daughter who is trapped within Charley. Pizzeria Sim's version is Piper.
Wally Drew (fake name is Walter Franks)
Micheal Afton, aka Mike Schmidt and the brother with the Foxy mask. Joey's older son and brother to Susie and Buddy. His "mask" is a helmet designed to look like a projector with a built in flashlight. He also houses Butcher when that time comes. When he's Mike Schmidt, he'll go by Walter Franks. It's an alias to keep Joey from getting suspicious. Wally knows what Joey did.
Grant Cohen
Jeremy Fitzgerald. He still ends up dying to the guillotine paper cutter. RIP ;-;
Shawn Flynn
Fritz Smith, the character you play as in FNAF 2 Custom Night after Jeremy is fired. Who else would be the guy that gets fired for "tampering with animatronics". In this universe he's also the phone guy at "Demon's Hell".
Lacie Benton
Tape Girl. Do I need to explain?
