"woah there's so many people here!" jimin exclaimed as we got out of the car.
"well, everyone's parents are here." yoongi added.
"are you excited?" jungkook asked, turning to face me.
"i am." i answered, smiling.
"everyone is getting into the gym!" hoseok mentioned and we started walking over to everyone else.
as we got to the building, we were separated by classes. me, jungkook, jimin and hoseok obviously ending up next to each other. yoongi stood next to jimin's parents alongside jungkook's mom and hoseok's parents. everyone had gathered into the gym so the principal held his speech about being proud and that he wishes us luck for the future.
as he started reading out the names and everyone got their diplomas one by one, i smiled at jungkook who was standing right next to me. he smiled back as we heard hoseok's name being called. we cheered loudly for him as he embarrassedly walked up on stage. then not long after jungkook's name was called, then mine and then ending with jimin's.
"we wish the graduates luck and fortune for the future!" the principal ended his speech.
"we did it!" jungkook cheered as we made it outside again, newly graduated.
"we did!" hoseok cheered with him, hugging each other while jumping.
i smiled as i watched them have fun. jimin was showing off his diploma to yoongi who handed him some flowers. they're a really cute couple. as i got lost in my thought, jungkook approached me.
"we're adults!" he exclaimed and hugged me.
"legally, yes." i said and we laughed.
"i'm so happy that i got to spend half of my high school time with you." he said, his tone softening.
"i'm happier." i said, leaving a sweet kiss on his lips.
"alright! let's take some pictures!" my mom yelled and everyone sighed as we made our way over to her.
"we were having a moment." jungkook complained to his mom as she smiled.
"pictures first, moments after." she said and motioned for everyone to get into frame.
we all got into position for the photo and my mom stopped to look over at yoongi who stood with jimin's parents.
"yoongi, get in here as well!" she said and motioned for him to come over.
"yeah, join us!" we added.
"o-oh okay." he said, a slight shade of pink on his cheeks as he walked up to us.
"ok 3, 2, 1!" she counted down before taking the photo.
