Messing up

Nine

We made it to the house and I opened the door and both of us walked in. We still haven't gotten a couch so we sat on the floor. I really need to go shopping for furniture.

"So what did you need to tell me?" I got snapped out of my thoughts by Kaitlyn.

"Oh yeah... Well I don't know if you read my note but I went around with Kian and he took me to see the Hollywood sign. We were just sitting down and he kissed me. Now I think he thinks that I don't have any feelings for him but I really do. But I feel like it's too early to say anything to him." I said talking really fast.

She just looked at me shocked. "Well?" I said. "What should I do?"

"Go back over there and take him into his room and tell him how you feel. I could tell you both were really happy spending time with each other." She said and smiled. I nodded and opened the door and headed over to their house. Jc and Kian were the only ones there. I knocked on the door and Jc answered.

"Oh hey Emily! Whatcha here for?" He said.

"I just wanted to talk to kian." I said and he pointed to the kitchen.

I walk into the kitchen and see Kian looking in the refrigerator so he doesn't see me.

I come up from behind him and hug him. He jumps and turns around. He didn't have a shirt on and I was still holding on to him. He held me back. It felt kinda awkward but at the same time it felt good.

"Can we go talk?" I said, hoping he would say yes.

He grabbed 2 drinks out of the refrigerator and walked me to his room.

I was really nervous and so it was silent for a second. Until Kian said "well..."

I looked up at him and kissed him. At first he was surprised and the started kissing back. We pulled away and I bit my lip.

•Kian's POV•

After Emily and Kaitlyn left I was just gonna go sit in my room for a while. I didn't really feel like doing anything else for the rest of the day. I felt really bad for kissing Emily today. It was just supposed to be me showing her around and I bet now she hates me because I was moving too fast.

I went to go get something to drink out of the fridge but I couldn't decide what I wanted. I hear someone knock on the door I just kept looking I figured Jc would answer it.

I heard him talking to someone. Then I feel someone wrap their arms around me. I turn around and it was Emily. I wrap my arms around her too.

We back away from each other. Then she said "Can we talk?" I was kinda nervous of what she needed to talk about.

I grabbed 2 bottles of water for us and walked to my room.

It was silent so I decided to break it by saying "well...?" And she looked at me then kissed me. I was surprised. I didn't really know what this meant but I kissed back anyway. We pulled away and she bit her lip. Why is she doing this to me? Then she started talking.

"Kian, I know we only met each other the other day but i feel like I've known you forever. When you asked to show me around today I was so excited. I wasn't planning on kissing you earlier today but when you did kiss me I felt something. I really like you I just don't know if you feel the same way or..."

I cut her off by kissing her. She kissed back. I pulled away from her.

"I do like you, a lot actually. Something just took over me earlier today. I didn't mean to kiss you either though. Or I hadn't planned on it." I said.
