Chapter 3

Strolling through the park Belthia looked down at the baby girl who had changed her life for the better. This tiny life form had brought her love, happiness, and hope when all she felt and saw was darkness.

Rearranging the grey blanket on MoriaBella's body so that it rested firmly around the tiny person who looked up at her with curious eyes.

"Hello my darling! How is my litttle queen doing?"

In response all she got was gurgling paired with a smile making her heart melt even more.

"Still don't want to talk to daddy do you?"Cooing Belthia straighten up and pushed the stroller containing her little gem.

"You know, people will look at you weirdly if they overhear you. You know that right? Belt don't glare at me. I'm telling the truth."

A spitting male image of Belthia smirked as he made his way out of the shadows. His stride was lazy and unhurried like there wasn't a problem going through his life.

This man was Belthia's younger brother by three years and while they hardly spoke due to a thing called life they both loved each other.

"Shut up asshole, I am not the one to fuck with when it comes to her. Speaking of assholes... do you have the prize?" Tilting her head to the side Belthia frowned at Silver.

"Umhm Belt I do, but would it hurt you so much to say 'please'? Our horrible parents beat us to perfection just so we learned to 'obey our masters' so I KNOW you can say it." Rolling his eyes, Silver reached inside his front right pant's pocket, to take out a tiny container filled with a metalic liquid.

"Put this in his drink or food. He should die within...hmmm I think 30 mins? Could be less, could be a tad bit more, oh and honestly you will also need..."

He paused as he reached over now to his left front pocket and took out another small bottle but this time it held crystal clear liquid.

"THIS will keep you alive till you can call me for the antidote. Do not die sis, I don't want to know a world without you. It's you and I since forever so let's keep it that way alright?"

He looked at his older sister in worry, knowing somehow deep down that she would probably die just to protect the little toddler. Protect her and give her back to her biological mother all the while taking out a vile man down to his doom.

Smiling tightly Belthia flipped her hair backwards.

"Don't worry about me little brother, I will make it out alive and if I don't you know what to do. Right?"

Nodding his head, he indeed knew what to do, but that didn't mean he wanted his sister to bite the dust.

"Understood sister."
