I head to the mead hall and don't spot him immediately so I find Farkas by the entrance.
"Morning Farkas," I greet.
"I heard you had a rough night." He turned to me.
"Just a bit," I frown. "I'm looking for your brother actually."
"I'm sure," he chuckled. "Heard you had him thinking you were dead for a second yesterday."
"Dead? Oh come on now, I just fainted." I roll my eyes. "He's so dramatic."
"Want to talk about that later?" he quirked a brow.
"Perhaps," I nodded.
"I think I saw him heading out on a quick mission, something about a couple of wolves on the Pelagia farm. He should be back soon enough."
"Thanks, I had some things I needed to take care of in the market anyway. I wanted to ask the Inn owner if she's heard any rumors or has some work for me."
"Looking to clear out some bandits?" He chuckled.
"I live for it," I shrugged.
After that conversation, I headed out and went to the Bannered Mare.
"Welcome back, I hear you're here to stay now Companion." The Innkeeper greeted.
"Right, thank you for the nice stay last time." I smiled politely. "Have any work for me? Or a rumor perhaps?"
"The Jarl's steward left this bounty the other day," she said, handing me a paper detailing some bandits out on Silent Moons Camp. "As for Rumors, I hear the there's a shrine to the Daedric Prince Azura that's a sight to see if you're interested, I'll show you on your map. It's a bit past the College of Winterhold."
"Thanks, perhaps I'll visit it someday." I shrugged. "I've always wanted to see the college, my brother used to talk about it. He wanted to attend."
"Is he..." the Innkeeper saw my frown and nodded. "Sorry for your loss, I hope visiting the college will remind you of him."
"Me too," I smile. "As for now, I suppose I'll go take out those bandits."
I head out after that and went to the Warmaidens. I bought some Steel Armor from Ulfberth. He gave me a discount for saving him a while back. I also sold my old armor while I was there. One I was done, I set off. It will be late when I get there, so the night will give me good coverage. It doesn't take too long on foot to reach the camp, I did however almost have an altercation with a couple of giants. Luckily, I am a fast runner.
I sneak up to the camp and spot a couple of archers, a mage and a warrior. I take out my bow and with one hit I take out an archer. The others begin looking for me as I take out the mage from a distance, a good thing seeing as they can prove to be quite the foe. The other two spot me now and I back up and ready my bow. I take out the other archer as the warrior heads down the stairs. I only get one hit on him before he quickly gets closer. I stand at this point and draw my sword, we exchange blows for a moment before he falls to my blade.
I continue on and find a beautiful forge lit up by the moonlight. I found a journal with a quick entry talking about the magical powers of the forge. I'll have to remember the location of this place, it may prove useful.
I continue on into the mine and spot a man working on something. Since he hadn't noticed me I crept up with my sword and ran him through. I continued on to the lower part and I spot the chief. I grab my bow and get a hit on him before he quickly draws his sword and starts looking for me with an ally I hadn't noticed. I panic slightly and try to creep into the shadows, unfortunately they spot me so I draw my sword and it takes a few hits before the chief is subdued. It doesn't take much however to defeat his friend.
