I always love the bad boy or rebel (I'm sure many of you agree), so I was surprised how much I liked this reiteration of Harry, as he just isn't that!
He is nerdy, sweet and really nervous. Then he meets Joey, who is the exact opposite; popular and confident. They are paired together for a biology project and start to get to know each other.
I loved Joey's character, she is so sure of herself and what she wants and doesn't care about popularity. She is also able to see through Harry's skittish exterior, to who he really is.
It's such a lovely story. She is much more experienced than him and with her he starts to feel more confident to try new things, including sexually, and it's such a sweet exploration. Joey sees Harry for who he really is, and helps him discover that, but doesn't want or expect him to change who he is.
This is so worth a read!
