Heartbreak

This story takes place in the summer after the death of Albus Dumbledore. also lets pretend percy doesn't suck :)

Another year at Hogwarts had gone, but with the death of Albus Dumbledore and the idea that something bad was coming did not sit well with everyone.

   At the Burrow one morning, All the Weasley's, Harry and Hermione came together to celebrate another year and the kids coming home for the summer.

   Bill was seated on the couch when he began to glance around his field of vision in the burrow.

"Has anyone seen Ginny?" asked Bill.

   "Oh. Well last I saw her she was crying in her room. I tried to go in and say hello." Charlie, who was sitting next to him with a concerned look, explained. Fred, George and Percy looked confused. There's many reasons she could be upset at the moment, but they all wondered what it was.

   "Ron!" Called the twins. In a moment, Ron walked out into the living room.

"What do you want?" Ron complained to his brothers. Harry and Hermione followed Ron, curious about what was going on.

   "Look, Ron." Charlie began, "We've noticed Ginny seems upset. We just want to know what happened." Ron's eyes widened. Hermione turned red and Harry was frozen where he stood.

   "Ron, you know don't you? Don't hide this from us." Percy insisted Ron told them. It was strange to see Percy interested in this kind of topic, but it's different when it came to Ginny.

   Ron looked nervous. It wasn't his job to gossip about Ginny's personal life. Even though he wished it was his business. It was his sister and he was extremely overprotective. Just like the rest of the Weasley's.

   "Look. It's not my business to tell you. It's Ginny's. I don't want to be the one to tell you someone broke her heart-" Suddenly Ron stopped. Harry went pale. Percy, Fred, George, Bill and Charlie's eyes grew wide.

"I should not have said that. Ginny's gonna kill me!" Ron added in a fearful tone.

   "Someone had the NERVE to break my little sister's heart!" Bill yelled furiously. His voice shook the house. His face grew red.

"Who is he?!?" Charlie demanded to know. Fred and George grew red too.

   "I've said enough. I think Harry, Hermione and I are gonna go back upstairs-" said Ron as he started to slip away.

  "NO! You three are staying!" Bill shouted.

   Suddenly, Ginny made her way downstairs curious about the shouting. As she made her way down her eyes met for a split second with Harry. Her eyes were red. This hurt Harry.

   "Ginevra! Who broke you're heart?!?" demanded the twins. Her face turned bright red.

  "RONALD!" shouted Ginny. She was furious.

"So, it's true then!" Percy commented.

   "Don't worry Ginny. Tell us who it is and we will get him!" Fred said in attempt to reassure her. She didn't seem too enthusiastic about it.

   "I'm not saying so just drop it." Ginny added seriously.

"How about if we ask yes or no questions?" George asked trying to convince her.

   "UGH! FINE!" Ginny gave in, "But only because I know you won't let this go!"

   "Ok. I'll go first." Bill volunteered, "Did he go to Hogwarts last year?"

Ginny gave a small nod and answered, "Yes."

   "Um. Is he in your year?" George asked. Ginny sighed. She hated this.

  "No." she told him.

   "Is he in Gryffindor?" asked Percy. All the brothers leaned in towards her.

"Yes." Ginny answered quietly.

   Suddenly, Charlie's eyes grew wide. He glanced over to Ron and Hermione. Ron gave Charlie an affirmative nod.

  "Well, I know who it is." Charlie told his brothers with a smile.

   "What? That quick? How?" Percy asked with a shocked look. He shook it off and asked another question, "Does everyone here know him?"

Ginny began glancing around the room, "Yes."

   Suddenly, Percy and Bill's eyes lit up.

"Ginny... No way." Percy said out of pure shock. All Ginny could do was nod.

   "Ron, How are you not furious?" Bill asked.

"Well, I was. But I realized why it had to be done." explained Ron.

   Harry was leaned up against the wall and stared at his feet.

   "UM HELLO!" shouted Fred.

"Yeah we're still clueless here!" George added. Everyone had looked at them.

"Well, figure it out then." Bill said to the twins.

   "How about Ron, Hermione and Harry ask questions to help us?" George suggested. Ron and Hermione looked at each other hesitantly.

"Fine." Ron agreed even though they already knew who it was.

   "Is he in my year?" Ron asked Ginny even though he could answer himself.

"You already know the answer is yes." Ginny told her brother. Ginny looked over to Hermione.

   "Was he in Dumbledore's Army?" Hermione asked.

"Of course." Ginny nodded.

   "It wasn't Neville was it?" Fred asked. That made Ginny laugh.

"No." She told them. Fred and George then turned to Harry. Who still had his shoulder against the wall.

"Harry. It's your turn to ask." George told him. Everyone's eyes had turned to Harry. This better be good.

   Then suddenly, without thinking, Harry threw his question, "Do you forgive him?"

   Fred sighed, "Harry! What kind of question is that?" George, who looked just as confused added, "Yeah. If you didn't know, we're trying to figure out who it is. Not Ginny's feelings towards him!"

   Ginny looked Harry in the eyes, "Of course I do. He's being stupid and noble, but I understand why we had to break up. I still love him with all my heart." Harry's eyes lit up.

   "It still hurts though." Ginny added.

   "Ginny, I'm so sorry." Harry said looking her in the eyes. Finally, It hit them. Bill, Charlie and Percy watched as the twins' jaws dropped to the floor.

   "Harry, I know." Ginny told him with a hopeful look, "I know this can't last forever." Harry knew as well, that someday they could be together without fear.

   Bill, Charlie, Percy and the twins had no intention on getting revenge anymore. He wanted to protect her.

  "I love you." said Harry smiling. Ginny sighed as she pulled Harry in and their lips met.
