CRUNCHY EGG FINGERS:
Ingredients:
9 eggs
Salt
black pepper
Red chilli flakes
Oregano
Breadcrumbs.
Method:
~ break eight eggs into a bowl.
~ add salt, a teaspoon of black pepper and whisk well.
~ pour in a steel bowl and put into a bigger pot that has water in it. Cover the pot and let it steam for ten minutes.
~ bring it out of the pot and let it cool.
~ loosen the sides and cute it into small finger sizes.
~ break the last egg in a bowl, add salt red chilli flakes and oregano.
~ mix well.
~ dip the cooked egg fingers into the mixed egg and also into the bread crumbs.
~ fry it till it is golden brown and serve with ketchup.
