jungkook opened the cafe door. he sees her immediately, on the farthest corner of the cafe, quietly sipping her coffee.

"what took you so long?" the girl gave him an annoyed look when she finally noticed him.

"sorry eunha, there was traffic." he reasoned out.

"traffic, my ass." the girl complained, but jeon jungkook remains positive and smiling.

"so, what now?" she asks him, while stirring her coffee.

jungkook looked at the view from outside the cafe and smiled, remembering yesterday's events. he looks at eunha and gave a triumphant smile.

"she likes me." he proudly said.

"oh no, she said she's in love with me." he quickly changes his words and then smiled by himself like a high schooler in love.

eunha gives the man in front of him a disgusted look. just give it to jeon jungkook for planning this absurd and idiotic idea of his.

does that make me an idiot too because i agreed?

eunha just groaned, thinking how she agreed with jeon's idiotic plan to make his best friend jealous. she suddenly got a message one day asking her to pretend to be his date of some sorts.

ah, i remember why i agreed to this idiot.

jungkook, being yugyeom's bestfriend and knowing that eunha likes yugyeom, offered his help so the two would get closer but only if she helps him with his love story with kim yerim.

honestly, they didn't even need me to be in the picture. it was so obvious the two liked each other, they were just a pair of cowards.

"i heard yerim's going abroad." she said to the still grinning boy in front of her. just a little bit more and eunha will pour her coffee on his annoying face.

"yeah, i know."

jeon jungkook answered confidently. why would he be not confident when he has a plan formed already.

"don't worry, i have a plan for that." he added.

eunha looked at him, slightly curious of his plan, but before she could ask him she saw a familiar figure enter the cafe.

oh shit.

"ya jungkook!"

the said man just gave her a teasing smile then stood up to greet the person who just arrived. 

"yugyeom-ah, i'm sorry i can't hang out with you today. i have something important to do. why don't you just hang out with eunha?"

damn it jeon. i wanna thank you and kill you at the same time. i'm not prepared for this.

yugyeom looked at eunha and gave her a smile, which resulted to blushing, fidgeting, an irregular beating of her heart, and other effects when your crush smiles at you.

when jungkook was about to leave, yugyeom asked him where he was going.

"i'm going to chase the love of my life, gyeom."
