Chapter 16: The Play Part 1

I sat in class I groaned as I asked the teacher if I could use the restroom and got up quickly walking into the bathroom as a sat in a stall and placed my face in my hands sighing. I was simply just confused as I got out and splashed water on my face I didn't need to be in this kind of shape I need to do my best I simply asked out and went to my next period as max joined me we had free period together "So are you ready I heard joeys parents are gonna be there..." Maxine told me "Oh a chance for me to meet my future in laws" Bianca said as scaring me "Jesus do you know how to announce yourself or did Satan not teach you manners" I said as Bianca rolled her eyes "Whatever I just came over to say just don't mess up the play." She spoke as sighed she was right but I didn't need to embarrass Joey.

It was lunch and so me and Maxine walked to the auditorium were the others were Ms.Potter clapped as everyone looked at her "Now we will do a full dress rehearsal then Everyone needs to run their scenes with each scene partner" she announced as we nodded Everyone getting in costume as sighed carter looking at me with a smirk honestly I looked the other as we began. Hours later we finished our scene runs as Ms.Potter made an announcement "Now everyone food is in the cafe for you before we start just hurry back before the parents get here." She announced as I rushed off the stage no wanting to talk with anyone I just grabbed a donut and coffee going back to the auditorium "Let's hope I Don't fuck up.." I spoke calmly soon after finishing as I sat waiting for the others.

Soon after everyone gathered back stage as Ms.Potter began to speak "Alright everyone you will all be on stage behind me when we welcome the audience afterward the curtain will close everyone goes off the stage and it opens with our opening scene" she spoke as we nodded Ms.Potter peered outside to the filling audience as she nodded at us we walked out as the curtains opened I felt my whole body getting hot and sweating I could feel and hear my heart pumping as I couldn't breath when Joey grasped my hand soothing me he knew my signs of when I would freak out I'm glad he was there he let go as the curtains opened "Welcome Parents, Students, and Freinds to the Parkside Academy Annual Play this year a presentation of...Romeo and Juliet" she spoke to the crowd claps as the curtains closed everyone got into there places safe to say I hoped to do well.
