Y/n woke up to a bright, blinding light, and an annoying beeping machine. She head to the side, and smiled.

"hiii katsuki," she said in a doped up voice.

"you're a fucking idiot," he said, "what made you want to jump in front of a fucking gun?" he questioned.

"he was aiming for sam's head, and even if it was all sams fault, i didn't want him to die," she giggled looking at her friends demeanor, "but hey this is a great way to bond with your online bestieee"

"how the hell are you laughing right now?" he chuckled at her stupidity.

"i dont know," she deadpanned, "oUU am I on drugs??" she said, suddenly interested.

"even if you weren't i wouldn't be shocked if you still laughed right now," he said, cocking his eyebrow at her stupidity.

"hehe you're right," she smiled, "so how long have I been out?"

He sighed, "a day."

"really?" she asked,"jeez I know I like sleeping but a day is a bit much..."

"well, doc said you could leave when you woke up, but that you need someone to accompany you since you're doped up," he informed her.

"Great! I can't wait to get out of this hardass bed," she whined.

"thanks, by the way," he said quietly.

"wait for what?" y/n asked clueless.

"you kinda saved the day... in your own way," he told her, "if it weren't for you hacking into the security cameras, they wouldnt have known what was going on, if it weren't for you stopping all the extra robots, we probably would've died after our quirks maxed out, and if it weren't for you restarting the security system, all might would've still been stuck in the blue ropey thingy and yesterday would've gone way worse."

"wow I didn't realize I did so much... well it was no problem," she smiled, "also, stop complimenting me, it's weird."

"HWAT DO YOU MEAN STOP COMPLIMENTING YOU I WAS ONLY STATING FACTS!!" he growled.

"ahh~ there he is, well get out so I can change," she smiled, "by the way, were going to get mochi after I get out, no questions asked," she said as she pushed him out of the room.

Y/n looked over to see a neatly folded stack of clothes and a note.

y/n put on the clothes her wonderful not sister but sister had prepared for her, being especially careful with the shirt, wincing in pain as she pulled it over.

She cleaned up her stuff in the hospital room and went to the waiting room to see Bakugou yelling at a random kid, she smiled, "youre exactly how you are online, shockersz."

"oh youre back," he said, letting go of the kid.

"mhm," she hummed, " now lets go get some mOCHiIii!^÷&$÷*" she exclaimed, grabbing his wrist and dragging him towards the exit.

"nono not so fast, we need to go pick up your pain meds from the pharmacy," he said, standing still as she continuously tried to drag him but failed.

Eventually she quit, "youre no fun," she pouted.

"would you rather have your back keep hurting?" he asked her sarcastically.
