THE FESTUS.

This is it. Nagsimula na ang duelo.
Unang ginanap ang duelo ng mga babae.

Nasa bleachers na kami nina Caleb, Luna at Vera.

"Where's si Edward?"

I asked. Dont get me wrong. Adra is not here because shes going to fight.

So how about Edward?

"Naghahanda siya para sa duelo"

Sagot ni Caleb habang nakikikain sa dried leaves ni Vera. That food sucks.

Duelo? But he's just a medicusian!

"Thats rare for a medicusian."

They all stared at me when I said that.

"Edward is a duxian, Dale."

I raised my brows. Impossible!

He's only capable of invisibility, not suitable to enroll in the Dux.

"Invisibility? Duxian? Duh"

I said laughing pero mas lalo lang sumeryoso ang mukha nila.

"Invisibility? No. It's electrokenesis, Dale."

Luna said. Natameme naman ako. Woah. I never thought of that.

"He's invisible, like a current"

Vera added.
Then fine!

So he's a duxian huh.

"Welcome to annual festus of magia ademiae"

Pagsisimula ni prof Tamarra, the Department head of the Dux.

"For the final round, we have Adra from the Praesidio!"

Adra entered the battle field and we all cheered for her.

"woooah tropa namin yan!"

Caleb cheered.

"And for her opponent, we have Lexa from the Dux."

Oh. That bitch.
Nawalan tuloy ako ng ganang manuod.

I stoop up.

"saan ka pupunta Dale? Dont you wanna support Adra?"

Luna asked. The three of them waites for my answer.

"I have somethingelse to do. Sorry"

I didnt wait for their response. Naglakad nalang ako cafeteria.

Shes a duxian and hes a duxian, they fit so well.

"Mag isa ka ata?"

Someone asked seriously and when its serious, its edward.

Umupo siya sa tabi ko.

"Dont you wanna practice?"

I asked. It would be a pride if he wins.

"Ive been practicing for the past few days."

"About the voices, are you still hearing them?"

He asked.

"Not anymore."

"Ako rin. So does that mean theres.nothing to figure out anymore?"

I just met him. I dont know him totally but why do I always feel like I was longing for him for a hundred decades?
