Capitulo 9

Dale's POV

''Handa kana?''

Edward asked while fixing his armor. 

Nasa kaharian kami nina Vera. Everything seems awful in here. The place is in total chaos. The structures were badly damaged too. Halatang sinalakay ng kalaban.

''Of course.''

''Maghanda na ang lahat. Sasalakay na tayo''

Prof Fortis announced. Kinakabahan ako. This will be my first real fight. 

Paano kung may mapahamak sa amin? I trust my friends but you know, there's still a possibility na may mangyaring masama.

''Lets go''

He continued. Caleb is equipped with his potions. Adra, well, being the bravest woman, looks so confident. Luna and Vera looks afraid like me.

Naghiwahiwalay na kami. We already planned this out.

Prof Fortis, Edward and Adra will be the front liners. Probably, they will be the ones who will mainly fight with Giulliano's people.

Kami naman ni Luna ang naatasang iligtas ang mga magulang ni Vera. 

Caleb and Vera will have to get to Giulliano and catch him. Of course, Adra, Edward and Fortis will help them.

''Dale, natatakot ako''

Luna whispered. We're currently hiding behind the bushes. Sa harapan, masisilayan na ang piitan na may tatlong nakabantay na kawal. 

''Duh? Do I look like im not too?''

Sana ay si Adra nalang ang nakasama ko rito! I mean, at least diba may isang matapang sa amin.

''What do we do now?''

she asked. Para namang timang ang isang to!

''Get them out of the way''

I commanded referring to Giulliano's soldiers.

Her eyes went all blue as she started controlling the wind. Cool. 

''Aaaahaaaah!''

Sigaw ng mga kawal dahil tinatangay na sila ng malakas na hangin. Pilit naman silang kumakapit sa pintuan ng piitan.

''anong nangyayari!?''

tanong ng isa sa kanila. This is fun! 

I don't wanna kill, but...

I felt the urge to do this.

''occidere''

I whispered as I pin pointed my arm on them with closed fists.

''D-dale what are you doing?''

I heard Luna asked but my comprehension is gone. I cannot seem to understand what she's saying. All I feel is the drive to do this.

''occidere!''

Kasabay ng pag sigaw ko ang pagbuka ng aking mga palad.

In a glimpse of an eye, the three soldiers fell off the ground looking so dry and old.

''DALE!''

Tila nagising ako mula sa panaginip sa sigaw ni Luna. What did I just do?

''You killed them!''

she exclaimed in awe. Even I cannot believed what I just did. 

Vera's POV

I was so happy when we were able to catch Giulliano. Hawak hawak na siya ngayon ni Caleb. We went to the entrance where we all planned to meet.

''Ina! Ama!''

Kaagad akong tumakbo papunta sa kanila. When I reached them, my tears were already falling. 

Sinalubong nila ako ng isang mainit na yakap. I miss them so bad!

''Siya na yan?''

Adra asked, referring to Giulliano. I saw her went close to him.

''Gusto mo nito?''

''huwag! huwag!''

Crazy Adra. She's showing Giulliano a flame on her palm. 

Humiwalay na ako mula sa pagkakayakap sa kanila at hinawakan ang mga kamay ni ina.

''Pasensya na po at natagalan ako''

''Vera, naiintindihan namin''

My father said and wiped away my tears. Knowing they are now safe, I couldn't ask for more.

''Hello po, ako nga po pala si Adra''

Adra introduced herself.

''So paano? Shall we go to your palace now?''

Edward asked. Nagtawanan naman ang lahat.

''Nagmamadali ka ata Edward''

Adra.

Naunang naglakad sina Prof Fortis, Luna, Edward at Dale. Dale looks pale and weird. 

Did something happened?

Sumunod naman kami ng aking mga magulang kasama si Adra na sobrang daming ikinekwento tungkol sa akin.

I will forever love them. I smiled.

''Vera!''

We all looked at Caleb when she shouted.

I happened so fast!

Nakawala si Giulliano mula sa mahika ng potion ni Caleb at mabilis itong nagpakawala ng kapangyarihan patungo sa akin.

Caleb was right in time to block it.

''Caleb!''

Everyone gasped. Adra instantly ended Giulliano's laughter with a stroke of a burning fire. In a glimpse on an eye, he turned into ashes.

''sht! What the hell was that!''

Dale. Caleb lost his consciousness and he began to freeze, like an ice.

Kaagad na lumapit si Adra at inilapat ang kanyang daliri sa palapulsuhan ni Caleb.

''Humihinga pa siya.''

''What do we do now?''

Luna.

''Dalhin natin siya sa palasyo ng doon gamutin.''

''Hindi. Dalhin natin siya sa Magia Academiae.''

Prof Fortis said. Indeed, mas marami ang mga bihasa roon sa panggagamot. Prof Fortis and Edward rushed him to the Academiae while the girls and I accompanied my parents to the palace.

''Patawad Ina ngunit kailangan ko munang magtungo sa aking kaibigan''

''Vera, gawin mo ang ninanais ng iyong puso. Handang kaming suportahan ka sa kahit na anong desisyon mo.''

Ina replied.

''Mag-iingat ka.''

Ama  said and kissed my forehead. They both hugged me so tight before I finally went to the Ademiae with my girls.
