Peril was very dizzy...like very dizzy. She got from their fireproof hay bed and walked away from Clay. She walked to their personal pond and drank some water. But she still felt dizzy, she looked back at Clay, sleeping and calm, and walked out of their house. She opened her wings and flew to Jade Mountain. She ran through the halls and went to Tsunami's sleeping cave. Peril knocked on her door and waited for Tsunami to answer. But she didn't, Peril knocked again, "GO AWAY!" Tsunami yelled.

"It's Peril," Peril called. She knew that Tsunami never liked Peril but she just hopped that Tsunami could do this one favour for her. Peril heard a muffled groan and Tsunami walked to the door and opened it.

"What do you want?" Tsunami growled.

"I need to ask you a favour," Peril said very fast. Tsunami raised an eye ridge. "Can you write me a letter."

"You can ask Clay for that you know," Tsunami hissed. Peril felt a wave of panic. Whatever happens, Clay cannot know that Peril was feeling unwell.

"NO!" Peril exclaimed. "Clay cannot know!"

"Are you...cheating on him?" Tsunami asked. Peril looked at her like she was crazy, she shook her head rapidly.

"What?! I would never cheat on Clay!" Peril yelled. Tsunami raised an eye ridge but didn't say anything. She walked back in her sleeping cave and came out with a pencil and piece of parchment. They walked to the history cave and Tsunami sat down at one of the desks. "Write what I say:

Dear Turtle,

First let me say, Congrats on your dragonets! I'm so happy for you! If you ever need a dragonsitter you know just who to call. Just kidding, you can call Sunny, I think she'll love to dragonsit. Anyway, on to the second task at hand, I've been feeling very nauseous...like right now. I have been feeling very hungry all of a sudden! Last night I ate 5 whole bears! And Clay can only eat two. I think something's wrong with me, I can't tell Clay or anybody else, if I do, then they'll just take me to the hospital wing. I don't want to go to the hospital wing because I feel like I'd be taking the spot of a dragonet at the school. I'm having Tsunami write this letter because she doesn't care for me. Please get here, I need you to tell me what's wrong with me!

Your firey friend,

Peril" she told Tsunami. Tsunami wrote the last sentence and then Peril's name. "Thanks," Peril thanked. Tsunami brought it to the post and sent it to Turtle.

"What do you think is wrong with you?" Tsunami asked when they reached her room.

"I-I don't know," Peril sighed. Tsunami nodded her head and went back inside the sleeping cave. Now that the letter was sent, all Peril had to do was wait. She flew back to her home and found Clay gone from the bed. Peril looked around the room when she heard splashing. Peril walked over to the mud bath and saw Clay looking out into the sunrise.

"Oh, hi Peril!" Clay said cheerfully. "How are you? You left earlier this morning," Clay inspected. "You can come in if you want." Peril walked over to Clay then felt a rush of nausea, she put her talon on her stomach and Clay looked concerned. "Are you okay?"

"I-I'm fine," Peril stammered. She went inside the mud bath and layed down. She nuzzled her snout against Clay's neck. "How are you? You aren't mad are you?" Peril asked worriedly. Clay looked down and smiled at her. His eyes twinkling with happiness.

"Of course not," Clay smiled. "Whatever you had to do was probably important." Peril nodded her head. "You hungry?" Clay asked. "You seem to always be hungry," Clay chuckled.

"I would love to have 4 goats," Peril grinned. Clay laughed at Peril's new interest in food.

"Okay," Clay agreed. He started to get up but Peril put her talon on his forearm.
