"Crowley, do you mind helping?" Emma mumbled. The angel sat on the floor toward the left side of the bookshop. She had several books, maps, ancient scrolls piled around her. These could help them find that child. The demon Crowley groaned in his seat. He approached the busy angel before having a seat next to her. The demon randomly grabbed ahold of a book and read two words before slamming it to the floor. "Where the hell is Aziraphale?" He asked after scanning his surroundings and noticing no bow-tie angel. "He went to get us lunch," Emma answered. The demon nodded before scooting closer.

It was almost like time stopped. Crowley stared at the woman right beside him. The bright light of the sun shining on her features, making her look just right. The demon couldn't help but smile. "You're not reading?" Emma turned to face him. She noticed Crowley facing her with a bright smile. "I don't like reading. I could help in another way..." The red-head suggested. Emma didn't utter a word. The angel simply looked away while blushing hard. 'He was staring at me!' She praised the lord above that Crowley couldn't read her thoughts.

Crowley didn't do anything. He just sat beside Emma, taking in the sun from the window. At times, he would just stare at the angel beside him (not in a creepy way). She looked so beautiful with the sun hitting her, and how focused she was on the ancient scrolls. It was wrong for a demon to feel this way for an angel, but it honestly felt like he has known her forever.

The pair didn't notice Aziraphale walk into the bookshop with two bags filled with their meal. As the angel approached a nearby table, he noticed Crowley staring at Emma with pure love in his eyes. 'Could demons actually feel love?' This thought made Aziraphale take a double-take.

The two didn't even noticed his presence. Aziraphale softly cleared his throat. His demon best friend's eyes shot away from Emma and onto him.  "Oh hello. I have brought lunch. Now, we shall dine!" The angel quickly rushed out of the room. Emma places down her ancient scrolls in a rush. Her speed made Crowley comment "Angel, the lady is starving! Hurry up with those plates." The demon shouted from where he sat on the wooden floor.

(After Dinner)

Emma wiped her mouth with a napkin. She thanked her friend for dinner before rising from her seat. "Today has been quite tiring. I should head to bed." The angel and demon sitting at the table nodded. The principality made her way upstairs into the guest bedroom after saying 'goodnight'.

Upon hearing the door shut, Aziraphale turned to his friend. Crowley glances over upon feeling eyes on him. "What?" He harshly asked. The smirking angel said nothing. He only gave Crowley 'the look'. The oblivious demon didn't seem to get the hint. Aziraphale sighed. He stared at his friend with disbelief. The demon just gave his friend a look of confusion. "You like her, don't you?" Crowley's yellow, serpent eyes go wide. He didn't utter a word, only glanced away from his angelic friend. "You're avoiding the question." The next moment involved, Crowley pinning Aziraphale to the wall. The hard thud knocked down a few books, only leading them to hope Emma hadn't woken up. "Shut up, angel. I don't like her." Crowley's voice went dark, he firmly held his friend against the wall.

The demon came out of his trance. "I'm sorry, angel," Crowley quickly dropped Aziraphale to his feet. Aziraphale only fixed his bow-tie before attempting to comfort his upset friend.

"Angel, it's against the rules. I have no clue what is happening."
